Chapter 23

Yoongi's POV:

How stupid am I for getting jealous when she decided to make breakfast with Jin hyung?

100%.

I know.

That's the reason why I just came back to my room with my cup of coffee trying to maintain the feeling of her body on mine. When she sighed I felt totally blissful, it's the unspoken way of a girl telling that she is satisfied. I saw a movement in the corner of my eye and I recognize Jin hyung's back exiting the kitchen, so I knew I needed to let her go. She already tried to pull back but I insisted a bit longer, and boy, those seconds were precious.

Her scent was leaving my clothes already and I wanted to go back to her side, but I would scare her away. She's like a baby deer, any sudden movements and she will run.

Jin hyung entered the kitchen with that annoying look of 'I know more than you do about yourself' and I just wanted to punch him, but that would be irrational. Realization hit me like a lightning bolt. SHE made me irrational. SHE made me jealous every time she is more affectionate towards one of the boys. But that is not a reaction from a person who just likes someone. It's something deeper.

Then I must like like her.

Totally like her.

Maybe even lo...

Woah!

Stop that thought.

What happened to the cool, collected, cold Yoongi?

When did I become so aware of something like feelings?

Okay, maybe not lo... her. That's too advanced. I like her. Like like her. Completely like her. I can live with that.

Suddenly my door swung open, abruptly bringing me back to reality.

"HEY YOONGI, oh you are awake" Namjoon's voice came from the door and I turned to him "What are you doing there?" He asked since I was standing in the middle of the room staring at nothing "Breakfast is ready".

"Okay" I ignored his question and exited the room following him to the dining table.

"Guys!" (Y/N) said when we arrived "I have to leave early because I'm meeting your choreographer. Your manager will drive you there as soon as you're finished" She waved and headed to the door. All the boys waved back and the youngers made a scene but they went back to normal once she closed the door. Not their normal, but my kind of normal.

"Soooo," Jin hyung said and glanced at me, and I knew what the fuck was coming "what were you and (Y/N) doing in the kitchen earlier?" He asked with a smirk in his face. He's not the teasing type, but sometimes he's just a pain in the ass. Everyone gazed at me expectantly.

"What did it look like?" I asked like I didn't care, but I was murdering Jin hyung in my head.

"It looked a lot like hugging" After the last word it seemed like a calamity just happened. Tae slammed his hands on the table and stood up, Hobi and Namjoon chocked on their coffees, Jimin fell on his chair, like his legs just gave up on him, and Jungkook furiously blushed.

"Yoongi!" Tae almost screamed "Hugging!"

"Woah" Jungkook said, his blush slowly fading. It's not that long that the poor boy stopped running from girls, but touching them was taking things to another level.

"Yeah, we hugged" I said and picked up a toast so I could put butter on it, taking my time.

"He's playing it cool" Hobi whispered to Namjoon, who just shook his head in agreement. I glared at them and they smirked at me. Assholes.

"So" Jimin hesitantly and bravely started "Do you like her?"

A sudden tension fell upon us as they waited for me to blow. Even Jimin seemed to regret his question. I stared at my toast considering my next move as they nervously sat on the edge of their sits.

"Yeah" I said and lifted my head as I stared at each and every one of them "I like her"

*Furiously tipping on my computer to finish the second chapter in a row*

There you go guys, two chapters in one day and that's all you will see from me for now, I'll just crouch in the corner trying to find the missing pieces of my brain that shattered moments ago.

Before I go, remember when I told you I could see something in the horizon? Yeah, that thing is near. I just have to force myself to sit in front of my computer more frequently for me to be able to find it.
