First Day (1)

A/N: Hi! Welcome to the first chapter of my first ever official fanfic (prepare for the cringe although i do edit and make changes every so often)

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

and here we go

my alarm clock goes off
...normally I would hit it until it stopped but today was a day I was waiting for my whole life

It was my flight to Korea!!
i'm 100% sure you're confused so let me clear it up

I've loved music and dance since I was little, wow i bet that sounded so basic-

not too long ago I decided to go to a global jyp audition, that was being held in my home city

The big apple, a.k.a New York to see if I get lucky, cause luck was pretty much the only thing i had going on my side

I didn't know much about the kpop world but I would listen to the music often, so although I wasn't expecting anything, I didn't consider myself 'good' at neither dancing or singing but turns out, I was better than I thought! hence the need for an entire story on this 

 
I got accepted! And today was the first day of me being a jyp trainee uwu

I stood outside the JYP building, but it was surprisingly quiet and calm outside, I went inside and after a quick chat with the desk lady i got my ID that said 'trainee' ahh so exciting! After that, I was told to wait in a large room, i mean they didn't specify what the room is so i just followed the sound of screaming girls and boom, here we are 

As time passed, groups of more trainees gathered around me as we waited to be shown to the dorms, I found myself talking to a really friendly girl, her name was Mel
I was so nervous because I didn't want to be a loner this whole time, people always say i make friends easily but i always smell lies 

Eventually they come and show us to our dorms, each room having 2 people, which was surprisingly generous for new trainees
Since me and Mel met not even 10 minutes ago, we decided that we should be roomies

was it a wise choice? i hope so 

We left our stuff in the rooms, changed and went down to the main room where everyone was called after their rooms were shown 

Once we got there, we got told to line up, it was strange but I guess It was normal procedure?
Mel was 3 people away from me, but no one knew what was going on, and the stress starts here 

There were 7 trainees in total, atleast in this room

7 guys suddenly walk in

every girl there starts squealing and screaming, and i was more focused on them than the guys walking through the door, i bet i looked like a deer in headlights 

they stand in a line in front of us and my eyes slowly turn towards the tall guy with black hair, he was actually kinda... really cute

"Alright, I'm sure you guys know who they are"
Says the Instructor as he looks over at us

"Umm...I don't" I say with a hint of shyness and confusion in my voice

I feel everyone glance at me for a second

the boys just smile as if it was the most innocent thing 

"Alright,  well then let me explain, they are kpop idols from a group called Got7, and they will be paired with each of you"

"NO WAY"
"AH!!!"
You hear all the girls screaming again

jesus my eArs 

"Cool" I think to myself

"The person standing on the opposite side of you will be your partner for the next few months"

They form in front of us in a line, in front of me stood the guy with black hair that I was looking at before

eyyyyy my lucky day 

"Hello! I'm Kim Yugyeom" He says with a smile

"Hi, I'm Diana" I reply with a smile

After introductions and plans are done, we all head back to rest, the members leaving first

Whilst leaving, i could hear faint whispers between some of the members in front of us

"Yugyeom got the cutest one bro where is the fairness in this" Jackson says to Bambam 

"we just gotta wait til he scares her off, it'll happen" Bambam whispers back smiling

Yugyeom looks at them smiles, then suddenly looks back at me

I immediately feel my cheeks burning

excuse me sir don't give me that look looking like that
