Redemption

Chapter 15

Jing Yi's POV
As soon as we walked in to the room, our parents are still talking about some... stuff... I went back to my seat and sat down Jun Kai did the same thing (we are sitting next to each other anyway...) Suddenly my mum asked me, "Do you want to the amusement park tomorrow?"

"Yes! Who's going?!" I asked excitedly. "Everyone in this room." She said. Wait... everyone means... Jun Kai is going too?! Now I don't feel like going anymore... "And the amusement park is pretty far away from here, so we will go to the hotel that is near the amusement park then the next morning we'll be going." Dad said.

So... the parents started talking about what to do for tomorrow at the amusement park while I sat there quietly I suddenly sneezed, it wasn't a loud sneeze because my parents and Mr and Mrs Wang didn't even notice. But... Jun Kai did... "Bless you, are you okay?" He asked.

"Yea, I'm fine." I replied. "Okay guys! Let's get going to the hotel." Mr Wang said. Then we just followed their lead then there was three taxi outside... Where did the taxi came from...? Few minutes ago they aren't there and. Now their there...? What?! Apparently our parents wants me and Jun Kai to be together...?

I mean... that ain't gonna help. At all! Because literally I hate him! I don't like him! I'm not gonna like in... forever! Not even gonna happen in the future. Even if he likes me, I won't care. And that's how cruel I'm to him now. And I'm gonna stay that way as long as I don't have to see him.

Basically in the same taxi as Jun Kai it's  kinda weird... it was dead silence... the only thing you could hear is the air conditioner on the car and the engine in the car. I'm just really tired and it's late at night too... I yawned and just leaned and window, falling asleep.

Jun Kai's POV
It was so silent on the car... suddenly the taxi struck a question, "Are you two brothers or sisters?" "Erm... No... we were childhood friends..." I said. "Hmm... so you two had argument?" He asked while looking through the mirror. "No, it's more like... I don't know how to describe it."

"S'okies, no need to describe it. I'm just curios why you guys are so quite." He said. I simply don't know what to say and just looked outside the window. "You know your friend is sleeping right now right...?" He asked. I quickly looked over to where Jing Yi is and apparently he was correct... he was correct that she is sleeping.

I quickly moved my seat next to hers when the red light shown. I put my arm around her shoulder so then she can get comfortable. She looks so peaceful when she's asleep, just like when she was young but... more prettier... heh... "Mhm..." She turned around and just putting her head on my chest and having a better position to sleep.

I can feel like my heart is pounding fast and I really would like to kiss her... but if I do... she'll get even more mad at me. Ugh! So dumb of me for not knowing that she was Jing Yi before shutting her out or even broke her heart because I was being so dumb and stoopied!

As we arrived at the hotel I don't see my parents or Jing Yi's parents anywhere... I guess they already went didn't they... "Ugh... what... is going on..." Jing Yi asked while rubbing her eyes, yawning a bit. "Are you still able to sleep tonight?" I asked. "What...?" She asked as she looked up at me and got out of the position.

"Where are we?" She asked. "We are at the hotel now, and I guess we need to go in before it's getting more late." I said while opening the car door. As I got out she followed behind me and waved to the car driver.

Jing Yi's POV
As soon as we go it is massive but... my vision is starting to begin blurry. I just blinked my eyes a few times and then my vision become clear again. "Welcome to the sunshine hotel." A woman said. "OH MY GOD! I-IT'S WANG JUN KAI!" "OMG IS IT REALLY HIM?!" "EEEEEEEEE!!!"

"Umm... can I ask which hotel room am I suppose to go to?" I asked the counter lady. "Can I have your name?" She asked, "My name is Zhang Jing Yi, Zhang is my family name." I said. "Oh your room is at 301." She said, "It is on the 3rd floor and you'll find it."

"Okay! Thanks." I said and smiled at her. "Here's your room key" the woman said giving me the room key (a card) as she smiling back at me. I walked to the elevator and Jun Kai followed behind me. I pressed the button to go up and waited for the elevator, it soon arrived and me and Jun Kai walked in.

It was awkward after we entered. The elevator soon arrived at the third floor, I walked out first then Jun Kai followed. Then started looking for our room, "300..." I said looking around the hallway "301... oh here's our room" I said pointing to the room.

I got the key and put it next to the lock and it turned green. I pushed the door opened and went inside. Inside the room was a queen size bed, a desk across the bed, a TV above the desk and one or two chairs next to the bed by the window. Suddenly someone's phone rang. I quickly turned around and saw Jun Kai with his phone out.

"Uhh... why are you in my room?" I said while I was walking towards him. He quickly covered my mouth with one hand and continuing staying on the phone call. I slapped his hand off my mouth because it's driving me insane... then he ended the call and said, "I need to head out and grab some stuff." "Erm... if you're going why are you telling me?" I asked.

"Because if I don't tell you you'll get sad and miserable." He said while patting me on my head, "Hey! I'm not like the way I used to be!" I pouted. "And by the way I'll need that key." He said. I didn't say anything then he just walked towards me and grabbed the key out of my hand. "Thank you." He said as he leaves the room.

I just went to the bed and just body slams it. UGH! I'm so tired... I don't like being all sick and having to put up with these kind of things... I closed my eyes and just trying to make myself to fall asleep.
