Side Story: Christmas Eve | Part 2

Jing Yi's POV
After arriving at the mall everyone has agreed on separating and go each way since... we're gonna buy presents for each other and also it will be harder for their fan to not recognise them. So... yea... I honestly don't even know what to buy... even though I have the money... I really don't know...

I looked around the mall and saw a toy store, I mean... I did search up some information about the other two better since... I don't know any information about Wang Yuan and Qian Xi... so... it's good there's some information on what they like and don't like.

I know Qian Xi likes those plush toys, but I don't know if they'll like them now, since he has three cats... I don't know if I should buy a toy or cat stuff for him... I looked around in a toy store for a little bit. But eventually I saw a toy for cats to play.

I took it off from the shelf and stared at it... I squeeze the toy and it apparent made a really loud noise which... accidentally made me smash the toy on the floor... I mean I don't want to but that's just how my reflex is... which it was unpredictably loud...

I quickly picked it back up and put it back on the shelf... I never wanted see that thing ever again... it's too scary... just imagen that you're walking in a dark and all of a sudden! You just stood on that toy and make a loud noise! Wouldn't that just be creepy though! I wondered around the toy store to see if I can find anything that I can give to Qian Xi.

I saw the rilakkuma plushy, I don't say... it is so cute!!! I never knew that rilakkuma's are so cute!!! Oh my lord! Now I just want to get one for myself! Okie... no greedy, this is for Qian Xi, so this is ticked off the list. Now... let's find something for Wang Yuan.

I walked out of the store and saw Hao Yu at a line, waiting to get a bubble cup. I walked up to her and asked, "Hey, Hao Yu, do you have any ideas what to buy for Wang Yuan?" "Hmm? Oh... I don't know to be honest, I'm just gonna look around and see what I wanna buy for them." She said.

"Oh... okay then, I'll see you around then." I said, "Okay! See you around!" She said as she move forward in the line and starting to order what she wants. I walked around the mall for a little bit more but eventually I found a store that sells a lot of... food!

Didn't in one of the news or video said that... Wang Yuan likes to eat and his fans are saying that his too skinny and needs to eat more? And isn't in one of the video it shows that when Wang Yuan is sleeping he was holding chips? Maybe I should get some for him.

I went around in the food store, I eventually found some potato chips, lollies and some biscuits. I went ahead and got 2 bags of chips, a bag of lolly and 3 biscuit containers. After I have finished buying it, I went to the store that is next door, I found some really nice Christmas rapping paper and some ribbons.

After that I looked around the store I saw a stand that sells a whole sets of phone cases. I remembered that before when Hao Yu comes, she said she wants me to buy a phone case for her to use. I looked at different phone cases and found the one she might like.

"Which one would you like to buy?" The person asks. "Uhh... can I get this one please?" I asked. "Okay, do you want to be wrapped or not wrapped?" He asks. "I'll wrap it myself." I replied. "Okay, it's 15 dollars." He said. After I got my money out and payed for the phone case.

I just realised that I haven't brought anything for Lu Ying and Jun Kai yet... I checked my phone and check how much time I have left, I basically have an hour left so... I gotta hurry up! I went to a store and went through everything. I saw a pair of glasses and I brought one for Lu Ying, just think that she might needed it for some day.

After buying for everyone else, Jun Kai is the only one I haven't brought anything for... "Uhhh... what am I gonna do?!" I said to myself in stress. "Hey! Xiao Yi are you okay?" Jun Kai asked and made me startled. "I... ummm... yea! I'm okay!" I said while looking away.

"Here, let me help you, seems like you've buying a lot of stuff." He said while taking the bags from my hand. "You don't need to... and have you finished buying everything?" I asked him. "Yes, I've already have." He said. "Oh... so you're free right now." I said.

"How much time do we have left?" I asked him. "Basically... 30 minutes left." He said. "Wait... WHAT?!" I screamed, "OH NO! Ummm... I haven't brought one more thing!" "What are you looking for?" He asked me. "I-I don't know... I don't know what to buy..." I said as my eyes starting to get watery.

"It's okay, if you don't know what to buy, you can always buy it tomorrow." He said patiently. "I..." I took a deep breath and looked at him. "Okay... I guess I'll have to buy it tomorrow... but... can I at least look around for a little bit more?" I asked him.

"Sure, why not." He said. "Thanks Xiao Kai." I said while hugging him. We walked around the store for a little bit and then we had to go because it was late. After they send us back home their car has driven away. I went in to my bedroom with my stuff and put the wrapping paper, ribbon and gifts on my desk.

I started wrapping the presents up and I still realised that I haven't gotten anything for Jun Kai... "What am I gonna get him...?" I went to take a shower and changed in to my pj. I hopped on to my bed and stared at the ceiling to think what I shall get him.

When I look beside my bed, I realised that his scarf are still here... I grabbed the scarf and put it close to me. The scarf... has his scent... it's really calming... as I thought of him my heart started to beat really fast. I started to wonder about random questions that just have flow in to my head all of a sudden.

As I'm asking myself these questions, I have slowly driven in to my dream...

IS ANYONE EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS?! BECAUSE I AM! I'LL BE POSTING ANOTHER SIDE STORY TOMORROW SINCE IT'S CHRISTMAS! BUT ANYWAYS! STAY TUNED! CIAOOOO!!!
