Chapter 6

March 26, 2016.

3:48 p.m.

"I missed you so much."

"I know, I know, I'm here now though.." I hugged him and squeezed him a bit.

"Don't ever go that long without visiting me."

"I promise I won't, hop in so we could make it in time." He took my bag and threw it into the backseat.

"If anything is broken we squaring up."

"Yea, yea, yea. You taking your medication?"

"Yeah I am, they're helping I guess."

"That's what they're supposed to do. You know you could come to me with anything right? The side affects becoming too much or something?"

"No, no I'm good, you know I'd tell you LiLi." He turned the music up a bit and I laughed at him being childish. Me taking medicine for my anxiety due to a situation that happened a while ago was always a touchy topic for the both of us, him more than me at times.

I turned it back down. "What you got for Ethan?"

"Nothin, I'm just gon give him a some money so he could buy whatever he want."

"Ahh I should've thought of that, I spent the whole day at the mall looking for something."

"Found anything?"

"No, you know how picky he is. I decided to just ordered it online and it came last night."

"Makes sense."

"So how's Kaity and Kellie?" Elliott and Kellie were engaged to be married for a little over a year now and they had a beautiful baby girl named Kaity. Kellie was like the sister I always wanted and she was the perfect woman for my brother. She leveled him and his bad temper out & my baby girl Kaity was the cutest little thing. She had the prettiest eyes, they were Amber and intrigued me every time.

"They're stressing me out. Kellie wants me to hurry up and give her a date to work with for the wedding and baby girl started teething so that's been hell."

"Aweeee Aunties baby, I feel so bad for her."

"When she starts to cry I can't take it man. That 'I'm in pain cry is different from that 'I want some titty cry'." I busted out laughing, he can't ever be serious.

"No but forreal, what's taking you guys so long to pick a date. Y'all have been engaged for what..over a year now?"

"Yea man, you know das my shawty for life."

"Okay so why wait? Time is passing by so quickly, soon enough Kaity will be going on dates and-" He cut me off by turning the music back up, this time up to the max.

I shook my head and got comfortable, every time I brought up that Kaity had to grow up he'd get mad. Big baby.

7:17 p.m.

"Wake up..."

"LiLi."

"LiLi wake up.." I wiped my eyes realizing we were at my parents house.

"Damn, we're here already?"

"Yeah, go inside."

I opened the unlocked front door and headed towards the kitchen where I knew everyone would be.

"Hey everybody" Ethan ran towards me being that he was the only one who heard me over the commotion.

"Liyah I missed youuu, look both my teeth are gone."
