I click the home button on my phone. 9.30. Well I guess I am missing school for today. I walk into the kitchen wearing my new clothes and freshened up after a warm shower. My hair is soft and bouncy from the shampoo I used. I love it. I don't see Evan anywhere and then I'm bear hugged from behind. He puts his head on my shoulder,
"You look good. Especially dat ass," he whispers in my ear, I slap his arm as he laughs,

"Thanks. You've gotta stop doing that by the way. It's a bit creepy," I turn around and look at him. His hazel eyes stare right into mine, he has longs lashes for a guy, they're gorgeous though. He looks good too in a black jumper, chinos and Nike skate shoes. I run my fingers through his hair, and go on my tip toes and kiss him. His lips are soft and minty sweet,

"Close your eyes," he says,

"Haha, okay," I say. I wonder what he's doing. I can hear him fiddling with something, a plastic bag, I can hear the snap lock open. I hope he isn't trying to sell me drugs now,

"Okay, open," he says. In a small snap lock bag a belly ring with a heart as the jewel on the end of it,

"What's this for?" I ask,

"I have a mate who does piercings, if you're interested of course. Just thought would suit that perfect body of yours. Seen this?" he sticks out his tongue to reveal a silver bar straight down the middle,

"I never noticed that, but its really hot. I hope it doesn't hurt too much," I say,

"Trust me baby, I would never let anyone hurt you." I honestly believe him.

As we walk out the door Evan grabs a set of keys from the bowl by the door. He walks faster to get in front of me,

"Here jump on my back," he says,

"Aha why?"

"Cause I want to give you a piggy back,"

"That's cute," he bends down a bit and I jump onto his back and wrap my arms around his shoulders. I love this. We walk down the hall towards the elevators,

"I feel like a koala, haha," I say, "it's fun,"

"I haven't seen a koala bear before. Only in pictures. You have to take me to see one Jade,"

"Okay we can do that soon enough."

As we get to the lift the doors open revealing what looks like an older version of Evan with more facial hair and slightly shorter. His eyes go straight to me assessing me before Evan butts in,

"Cooper!" He snaps, "I thought you weren't home until Monday next week?"

"Who's she? Deal fell through thanks to your stupid ex's stint." He says aggravated. I pull out my phone to reply to the messages from my concerned friends, giving a brief of what the low down is,

"She is Jade. I'll also deal with the backlash later." Evan says. He pulls me into the elevator and we plunge down into the basement. "Sorry about that." He says coldly. Evans whole mood is shifted by the simple encounter with his older brother,

"It's alright," I saw quietly. He looks at me and his face softens. Breaking out a smile the doors open and we step out of the elevator. I scan the cars trying to pick which one his would be. We walk in the direction of my dream car, the Black Holden Clubsport R8. He unlocks the car and my jaw drops to the ground. "No way!" I look at him, mouth gaping. He giggles and nods,

"This is my baby." I run around to the passenger side and melt into the leather. Evan starts the ignition and the car rumbles beneath us and my heart immediately picks up its pace. We rumble out onto the street into the city traffic, dodging cars, cyclists and pedestrians. Evan hands me the aux cord as I get comfy and whack my favourite playlist on. Time to enjoy the ride.
