It all happened I slow motion, I watched the alien go to catch Jason off guard and stab him from behind. But, he failed. Because something got in the way. It was almost like my body made up it's mind before my head did. Red's name was called from pink's mouth and I watched as he slowly turned around. I watched my body stopped the enemy's blade from ending the red ranger. It happened all so slowly as I watched the blade break through armor and sheath itself through flesh.  With a jerk, he yanked the sword back. The world started to blur, in and out of focus. my thoughts catch up to the present as I look down and see red rivers run down my, once white, armor. I hear the owner of the blade, which spilt my blood, fall. I look up to see a pink blur, which I know is Kim. But I can't make out what she's saying. I blink and I realize that I'm being carried, when was I picked up? I look and see the red has spread. I look up and see a black mask, "Z-zack."

"Shh, save your strength. We're almost there."

I see blurs of colors running next to him. I caught a glimpse of yellow and start to regret not telling her the truth. She deserved to know, her out of everyone. I blink and I'm being set down in a bed. I can see people panicking around me. I can't see their faces, but I know that, under those helmets, are panicked looks. I start to hear their voices vaguely.

"Alpha said he can't help her, unless she morphs back to normal."

"How do you know we know we can trust her after this?"

"Tommy, she literally JUST saved my ass, " I hear Jason yell.

Kimberly butts in, "Stop arguing! We need her, whoever she is to morph back somehow."

My mind not really processing the words, due to how weak my body is getting. If I go, I at least need to give a proper goodbye. I don't want to go alone, as I feel myself fade more, alone become a more prominent feeling. I refuse to go like this. I search frantically for the yellow blob across the room, "T-tri..."

The name doesn't come out all the way, but they all have their attention on me. Pink stands on one side of me, "You need to morph back. It's the only way."

I hear, but I don't comprehend what she says. I feel like she's further than she really is. I shake my head to clear this fog, but only the slightest movement comes. I stop and take the best breath I can, "Tr-in.. rini."

I look to my side when I feel a grasp on my hand, Trini. And for a moment, my vision cleared along with my thoughts. And I hear her voice, "You have to morph back now, or you'll die."

Suddenly the words hit me like a truck. I nod, "I wa- ted.. tell.. before."

I see her look down at my armor freeing my hand and make it's way up my arm. As the white jacket and pen drawn heart on my hand shows itself, she morphs back, almost instantly. Her eyes shoot up to mine as the white and gold fades, "No, not you!"

Tears are the first thing I notice in her eyes, "Don't c..ry prin-"

Suddenly, a fire erupts inside me and I start coughing and choking on some liquid. Trini tries to help me sit up, but, one slow blink later, she's in the corner of the room in Zack and Kim's arms. I notice the red covering her hands and realize the liquid was blood. The last thing I see is her, then darkness.

I open my eyes and realize I'm laying on the ground. The pain is gone. I instantly grab for the spot where the hole once stood, and realized the only sign of it, was a hole in my shirt. What?

"It can be pretty confusing at first."

My eyes shoot up and connect his, "Dad?"

He nods, "It's me, kiddo."

I instantly run up to him, not worrying about the tears streaming down my face, and wrap my arms around him, "I missed you so much."

"I missed you too, sport."

A sudden voice from behind me yells, "Y/N! No, she can't be gone! Y/N!"

I jump and turn around, but see nothing.

"That would be your... friend. Trini, I believe."

"Dad, what's going on?"

He sighs, "Well, sport... you died."

"What?!"

"y/n..," The voice yells again, but this time more distant.

I look to my dad for an answer, "What do I do?"

"Well, you can come with me, and let yourself go. Or you can run for that voice that is tying you to your last life line, and go back. The choice is yours. I'm just here to help you."

I look to the man who I've been missing for what seems like forever, then I look in the direction of the voice. I give my dad a hug, "I'll miss you Dad."

He hugs me tight, "I'm always with you, sport."

I let go and sprint to the voice. Pain hits me like a brick wall. I can't do anything else, before I pass out.
