"You're all fired up?" said Boros, scowling at Natsu. "How dare you.. how dare you BOTH!"

Boros pointed at Mikoto and Natsu. "Before I was only interested in Mikoto Misaka because of her incredible might, and that she might be the one who actually provided a challenge against me.. but now.. I feel a far greater anger on my conscience."

"Don't tell me.. you plan on telling them?" said Black.

"Why not? They will be dead in mere moments!" said Boros.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Mikoto growled.

"The Gods of Order and Chaos are naive, as they sit on their seats in heaven and do nothing for us.." said Goku Black. "I myself was a god created by Zen-Oh.. a Kai, a pseudo Numensapien meant to keep order in my universe.."

"And I was given power beyond reckoning by the gods themselves in hopes that I would do the same by my universe!" said Boros. "But.. all we found was.."

"Foolish, violent mortals!" Black growled.

"Weaklings unable to protect themselves!" said Boros.

"Ruining the perfection and beauty the gods created!" Black exclaimed.

"Staining the universe with boredom and lack of purpose!!" Boros roared.

"You see, his motives stem from the fact that mortals are weak, and unable to protect themselves... and therefore the world around them." said Black. "Mine.. stem from the fact that mortals, through their weakness and foolishness, defy the gods and ruin their creation.. for a bit.. you Mikoto Misaka, proved that sometimes mortals CAN better themselves..."

"But not everybody can be Dragon Borns.." said Boros. "Not everyone can truly use the power of Irene Belserion or Dravis and Elanis!! Power is fleeting.. and RARE.. too rare... me and Black both came to the conclusion.. that we must start from scratch!! This Tournament was the perfect place for us to meet.. and formulate our plans.."

"Plans!?" said Natsu. "Okay that's like OUT OF NOWHERE!"

"Not really.. " said Mikoto. "That explains why you.. Boros.. a guy who only has interest in the strong, would deign to protect Goku Black when I was coming down on him for hurting Freya.. other than antagonizing me.. you couldn't afford to let your partner die could you!?"

"Yes... our true goal.. all along.. was to WIPE THE OMEGAVERSE CLEAN!!" said Boros. "You cannot stop Corruption Mikoto Misaka.. she is too strong.. however.. by winning this tournament, and obtaining it's ultimate Prize... we will use it to wipe ALL MORTALS AND GODS from existence!!"

"A true Utopia.. no Dragon Lords.. No Numensapiens... No Diablos... NO CORRUPTION... AND NO MORTALS!" said Goku Black smiling as he exploded into his Super Saiyan Rose form laughing. "Will you help us mortals? Or will you stand in our way?"

"As much as I would like to wipe out Corruption.. I'm going to say.. no friggin' way.." said Mikoto.

"Ditto!" said Natsu.

"Then the time is ripe?" said Black, looking at Boros. "Shall we try it? I must admit, I'm anxious to see the technique that is above the Potara fusion of the kais..."

"Yes.. I do believe it is time for the emergence of our perfection!" said Boros. "When two perfect ideals merge together to form the ultimate warrior.. no.. the ULTIMATE GOD!!!"
