Noticed Space

I guess you could say my house was normal. Nothing fancy for the income that my parents earn. My dad is a wealthy man. He just tends to not flaunt how much money he makes. But he spoils me. I hate it, but I'm thankful.

My house looks fancy on the outside like Ludmillas' but it's really nice and small. Nothing too extravagant. Made out of grey bricks that didn't match any other houses in the neighborhood, it had two arches in the front where the porch began.

Ludmilla was surprised as far I could tell. Her eyes widened with excitement, she honestly looked like she was traveling to a different country. Once I had parked the car, though that had changed. She had stilled, leaving back in her seat all the way pulling the blanket to her neck.

"Ready to go?"

"Are there going to be any surprises that I should know about?"

"Ludmilla it's my house we're talking about, it's not like I'm bringing you over here so I could kill you."

I leaned over the consul and grabbed the blanket from her, "Now don't freak out if the boys are over, we were supposed to hang out yesterday but we didn't get to because we had a test to study for."

"I'm not going to freak out," she said hesitantly. I wasn't going to tell her how I noticed when I say with her the first time that she had tried to bring as much space as she could between her and I. It didn't hurt my feelings though, why would someone who has always sat by themselves suddenly be so open into having somebody sit with them.

"Come on," I said getting out of my car, "Let's go see who is all home."
