Chapter 2- Boys in gym class.

      Okay, so, my first day in high school didn't go so bad. I'm kind of excited for today! I get ready and walk to school. My first class is band, then I have socials. Those go by very quickly, no one and nothing to interesting, just introductions.

      Lunch roles around and me and Sloane try and find a spot, we have every class together so we'll be spending quite a bit of time with eachother. We walk quickly through the foyer, trying not to draw attention. We walk down a hallway towards the gym, our next class, to drop off our stuff. And there sits Colton and all his friends right in our path. "Heyyyy, lets find another way to the gym!" I say, hoping with all my heart she'll agree. I am very timid  and hate big crowds, especially boys, they scare me. Its not normal but I'm not about to try and get over that!

      "Nope! we are going this way and you are going to like it missy!" Sloane says, with a big evil grin on her face. She knows exactly why I don't want to go down this hallway, and my little jerk isn't going to take no for an answer.

      We walk down the hall way and soon, we are trying to walk past these boys, but being them, they block us off and try to not let us pass, we push through eventually and I can try and breathe now and calm my nerves, I really should not have this anxiety about boys...

     We drop our stuff and wander around a while longer, the bell rings and we go change for gym. Sloane and I walk in and whose standing there, again? Colton and some of his friends, the friends are okay, I went to school with them and we're good , its Colton I want to run and hide from. He follows me with his eyes to where I sit down with Sloane and my other friend Alice. "Dee, Colton is totalllly eye raping you right now!" Sloane says, a little to loudly. "Shut your face woman! He is not now shush!" I say, blushing a fraction. Okay not a fraction, full out, unfortunately for me, I blush, at everything. Everything.

"He is tooooo, and you like him back, you guys are going to love eachother forevvverrrrr and get marrrieddd and have babiesssssss! Like 100 babies, ONE HUNDRED I TELL YOU!" Sloane yells and she shakes my shoulders. She was always a little hyper. Just a little. "Shut. Up. Sloane! No one likes anyone here now pleassssse change the subject!" I say, blushing more, I peek behind my shoulder and Colton is still looking at me, what does he want! Seriously take  picture, it'll last longer! Actually, don''t, thats a little creepy, but so is staring.

      Our gym teacher gives us the intro and we head off to do our first Milk Run, its a run we do around our little town, its long and torcherous. I being a slow runner, get left behind by Alice and Sloane. Thats okay, less talking more breath for me! I hear footsteps behind me, ohhhh don't let that be who I think it isssss, "Heyy, you're Sloane's friend right?" Damnit. "Uhh.. yeah.. You're Cameronnn..?" I say, intentionally getting it wrong.

"It's Colton actually" He says, "Oh sorry.."

We stay silent for a few moments. Awkward as hell. He starts saying something but his friends grab his attention and he runs up to them, but before he runs away, he gives me a wink and a look over. Oh god.
