Narrative~
Shattered glass littered the floor, a massive current of heavy wind whipped around the room, bickering skeletons could be heard shouting and blaming each other as scanners on the console buzzed and beeped signaling an anomaly of great disturbance. The door to the lab was slammed open and heavy; hurried footsteps slammed down the stairs in a panic.
Once she reached the bottom she looked at the scene in horror, even she was disheveled, her hair a messy bun, her lab coat hanging off one shoulder, her slippers muddy "I told you not to fuck with that console!" She shouted over the wind currents that swam around the room like a vortex.

"Ok I'll be back in about 4 hours, stupid idiots messed some reports up again. Toby is in charge." I stood in front of the front door putting my hair up into a tight bun as the skeletons looked at me with annoyed eye sockets "why do we need a babysitter!?" Red snarled "Because I love my house, I want it in one piece when I return." I grabbed my keys and opened the door.
At my lab I walked in to be greeted by the receptionist handing me a clipboard with a smile "Greetings Ms. (L/N), been a while. Here's the list of reports you need to go over and fix." I took the clipboard and nodded "Thanks Morticia." I mumbled as I looked over the board. 15 reports I need to look over and 7 I have to fix because my employees are so incompetent.
In my office I sat at my desk rubbing my eyes. I had only been here and hour and I still have 13 reports left to read through not to mention I have to go through and fix the 7. A knock sounded on my door "Open." I spoke up, normally I like being left alone but it was time for Morticia to give me some coffee. My old assistant got fired because she tried sabotaging my company and even tried poisoning me. "Sorry to bother, but I have your coffee and lunch." Morticia came in with a bag of fast food and a coffee from my favorite cafe "Thank you." She placed the bag and cup on my desk and took the reports I finished.
One hour left when I got a call on break.
"Yellow?"
"Hey ya busy?" Toby was on the other line.
"Still have to stay here another hour... what's broken?" I heard some shouts behind them.
"Um... trouble in the lab." They were nervous, maybe even scared.
"Details?" I raised a brow, they couldn't have? Could they?
"They... they accidentally set the console off. Edge got it into a fight with Priest, they both went down to the lab to get some insight from the others working in the lab, all I know is bones were thrown and the console got smashed and-" they were cut off as another shout of fear was heard, it was all I needed before I dropped the phone and ran off.I normally drive safe, but any second spent following the road rules was another spend of the skeletons being in danger. It had started storming again on my way home, a thunderstorm how cliche.
I parked, didn't even get to close the door as I bolted out if the car, Toby opened the door for me as I run in. I shot down the stairs to the lab, the house was shaking, the youngest of the skeletons were on the couch holding each other fear in their sockets, Priest was kneeling down in front of them trying to keep them calm. I'd ask later now I need to get down there.
The sight before me was hard to watch, the lab was a mess, paper was scattered and flying everywhere chemicals pouring out of containers some on the floor in pools, the glass room to the back had more crack and on the road to break in pieces, the scanners on the console in their were going berserk. Each skeleton had their gaze torn to the black goopy portal opening in the room, a massive limb was seen moving and crawling through into this world "I told you not to fuck with the console!" I screamed above the wind that the portal was creating.
