Chapter 1

"For number three, I got A."
Sakura said to her best friends, while they sat in the library doing their calculus homework.
Ino nodded, "For number four I got C." She said and they all nodded, "Hey ladies!" Kiba said loudly as he sat down at their table, earning a few scolding looks. "Not so loud, Kiba." Hinata said as she slid her homework over towards him, already knowing he was only hanging around them for the answers to the math homework. "Thank you, Hina." He said leaning over to kiss her cheek, she rolled her eyes while blushing, "You're welcome, Kiba."

The popular girls usually could be found in the library doing their homework, but that didn't change that fact that they were known for being,
"The sexiest girl's in school."
Thanks to the guys on the football team, every month, as misogynistic as it sounds, there was a published list of random topics that pertained to the Female student body. This months topic was, "Sexiest girl's in Konoha", and they all made it. Considering they were all currently single, they felt as though they never really fit the title, but it didn't stop guys from making disgusting remarks.

  Kiba had been their friend since childhood, and the notorious Naruto Uzumaki was too, but freshman year he blew up as a huge football star, and they were all sort of left behind. Sakura was fine with it considering he had always annoyed her, but Hinata was another story. She's had a helpless crush on him since they all were children, and he was still oblivious as always. Ino on the other hand liked another one of their old friends, Shikamaru. They even dated for a while, but now she was interested in an art geek by the name of Sai. As for Sakura? None of the guys at her school were even worth a second glance, in her opinion. She was over the idea of liking high school boys, frankly because they had nothing to offer her. The idea of mediocre sex, and months of wasted time didn't appeal to her.

"Hey, Hinata." Naruto said walking up to the table suddenly, Sakura rolled her emerald eyes, while Hinata blushed deeply, "Hey, Naruto."
"Aren't you in my chemistry class?" She nodded, and he continued. "I heard we're having a pop quiz." When he said that they all guessed that he was planning to cheat off of her. "Naruto, she mentioned it last week." Hinata said laughing a little and he laughed too, "I guess I was a little distracted, huh?"

"But, um I was wondering if we could study together before it? Are you free at lunch?" He asked while rubbing the back of his neck, which was something he did when he was nervous. Hinata immediately glanced at Sakura, just to make sure that what was happening was reality, and just her imagination. She nodded, "Of course." He smiled, "Okay I'll meet you in here, Hinata. Bye you guys."

As he walked away, they all stayed quiet for a moment. "Yay, Hinata!" Ino said loudly, earning another glare from the librarian. Hinata smiled brightly with her cheeks flustered like usual. "I'm surprised you talked to him without stuttering." Sakura said with her eyebrows raised, and Ino nodded in agreement, "Me too, I can't believe he really talked to me." Her eyes sparkled, and her friends smiled. "You better make a move on him." Ino said, making her blush. "Really? What should I do?" She asked them, "Laugh at one of his stupid jokes, and touch his muscles. Guys love that." Kiba said, making them look at him with their eyebrows scrunched. He blushed while shrugging, "What? We do."

"Excuse me!" Sakura said to the couple making out in the hall, and blocking her way as she headed to class. The girl gave her a dirty look, while the guy winked at her, making her roll her eyes. She continued her pursuit down the crowded hall, toward her advanced placement biomedical class, before sitting in her seat, and sighing deeply. As she went through her things, her fellow classmates piled into the classroom, just as she realized that she had left her homework in her locker.

Groaning, she saw that she had two minutes, so she got up swiftly and practically sprinted to her locker that was at the end of the long hallway. Getting there she grabbed the yellow folder and started back to class, only to hit something so hard, that it made her drop the folder, while the bell rang.
"I'm sor-" he started, but Sakura cut him off, "Watch where you're going." She said lowly, he just chuckled a little before grabbing some of the papers. Trying to grab them he tightened his grip, making her look into his eyes.
