It was 3 weeks since Chloe's accident and news was traveling around the school that Chloe was coming back that day.
Ashley ran around the school trying to find Chloe but she couldn't. She kept running until she stopped at a big group of people who surrounded a pack of girls
Ashley decided to see what all the commotion was about. She was shocked to see that it was Chloe sitting on a wheelchair.
And on the other side was Bella and her crew making fun of Chloe and her wheelchair.
"Only losers use wheelchairs!"yelled Bella,giggling
"Yeah!" Said Vi and Jade
Ashley couldn't stand to see this happen. She pushed her way through the crowd and next to Chloe and yelled
"HOW DARE YOU!" Screamed Ashley
Bella looked startled by Ashley and her sudden outrage.
"What are you doing with this loser?" Said Bella, trying to act innocent
"SHE IS NOT A LOSER! YOU ARE THE LOSER!" Yelled Ashley in outrage
"I AM NOT A LOSER!" Yelled Bella ,her voice rising
Ashley knew that she was probably kicked off the squad but she didn't care. All she cared about was her friends.
"YOU KNOW WHAT? I DON'T WANT TO BE IN YOUR SQUAD!" Screamed Ashley
Bella gasped. Chloe stared at her in disbelief. Ashley knew she had said the right thing.
Without a word,Bella swung around and walked away. Vi and Jade followed.
Chloe looked at Ashley directly in the eyes and finally said
"You didn't have to do that"
Ashley smiled at her friend and said
"No one messes with my friends "
