As I ran through the woods trying to get away from Camp Half-Blood, I stumbled upon some gods. Zeus and Hades.
"What do you want?" I was definitely not in the mood for a talk with some gods.
"Well, we have something that you might want," Zeus started.
"A new life." Hades finished.
"W-What do you mean?" I asked a little confused (Okay, a lot confused)
"You can become a commander in Chaoses army." Zeus said like it was obvious, "or your friends can come and find you. It's quite simple actually."
"Who's Chaos?"
"The maker of the universe." Hades said before Zeus could open up his mouth.
"But why would I join his army?" I asked, even thought I had a good reason why.
"Because you have nothing." Zeus and Hades said at the same time.
"Okay what do I have to do."
They created and portal and motioned for me to go through. "Visit earth any time." Zeus said.
"Okay." But I was pretty sure I would never want to come back here, ever.
(Some people make Chaos be Percy's dad but I like Poseidon being his dad, that's in a book someone else wrote and I liked it better. No offense to the other books I still like them)
