I plopped down next to the girls at the airport, a Starbucks drink in my hand and Aviators over my eyes. I used my thumb and middle finger to rub my temples to try and suppress the pounding in my head.
"Do you have drugs?" Alex asked.
I reached into my purse and tossed the bottle of Tylenol to her and she groaned.
All of us were a hungover mess. As much as I miss them, I really hoped they didn't come today.
As usual, people came and went, but no one looked like the guys. We got as excited as hungover people could get when we saw a group of guys with uniforms, but when they got closer it wasn't them.
"You know, I'm glad they didn't come today I look like shit and smell like stale alcohol," Cass muttered.
"Agreed."
When we went our separate ways, we weren't as low spirited as the first day. For them to come back the first day was too much to ask for.
I stopped at Subway to get food and hopefully take the edge off of my killer headache.
"What can I get you?" the guy asked.
"Uh six inch turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat. Nothing else on it please," I asked.
"Oh I could give you more than that," he winked.
I shook my head, "excuse me?"
He motioned towards his dick, "I could give you more than just that six inch."
I rolled my eyes, "just make my damn sandwich."
"Okay I will, and how about a date next Saturday?" he wiggled his brows.
"I hope you fall into a well, piss off and make my sandwich," I muttered.
He smirked,"I've always likes them feisty."
I slammed my hands on the counter ready to tell him off when someone else spoke, "you know if you didn't get the hint the first and second time she turned you down, maybe I should help you out. She's not interested, so start thinking with the right head."
I looked to see Braden Sanchez a long time friend. "Thanks kid," I smiled.
The annoying boy made my sandwich, and wrote his number on a napkin that I threw on the ground and stomped on.
Braden came and sat across from me with his own sandwich.
"Long time no see," I smiled.
"Yeah well I promise I won't greet you the same way I did the last time I came back."
I laughed and took a bite of my sand which. "That's probably a good idea. My man may be away, but he would kick your ass from whereever he did of you do that again."
He shook his head, "I promise I won't."
"I know Brady. So how's it been?"
A/N:
Liam Beneford is played by the always sexy Chris O'Donnel but I picture Liam as a younger Chris, say Batman Forever Chris, and that is the picture to the right.
