3 Months Later

My eyes started to open, the blackness faded and seeing bright color, but yet the room was dark. Looking around, I saw Iris sitting next to Barry. She looked up to find me still laying down just squinting with my eyes barely open.

"Hey Tessa. Want me to call Caitlyn?"

"No."

"How you feeling?"

"Like I just got hit by lightening."

She gave me a smirk. Laughing as I tried to sit up. Noticing I was still in my suit, but it was fried. Shaking my head with annoyance.

"How's Barry?"

"He would be dead if you didn't do what you did."

"Much rather have the flash here then me. No one needs me."

"Barry does, if you weren't there he would be dead."

I nodded for understanding.

"What time is it?"

"6 in the morning."

"Did you just get here?"

"Never left."

"You need sleep, Barry wouldn't want this for you."

"I know, I have been sleeping in a bedroom down stairs."

I nodded, just nodded. I got up and headed to the bathroom. As I walked down the hall, seeing burns on the wall.  Opening the bathroom door passing it off as nothing.

Walking back down the hall after I left the bathroom.

"Why is there burn marks on the wall?"

"Let's just say Cisco needs to get a better security system."

I laughed and sat down at the computer, looking up online school sites. Hearing foot steps behind me.

"Tessa! You're up?!"

"Yeah Cisco." I said just recognizing his voice.

"Hey we need to run tests to make sure you're okay, no school yet."

"Ugh fine. Wait how long was I out for?"

"3 months."

I raised my brows out of surprise.

"We need to figure out how to wake up Barry." Iris said with sadness in her voice.

"I woke up over time, isn't that a possibility for Barry?"

"Last time we waited for Barry to wake up it took 9 months." Cisco pulled up Barry's body charts.

"It makes no sense, he is healthy, he should be waking up."

Caitlyn walked in through the door, she grabbed my arm, pulling out a needle.

"Now that you're up we need to test your blood."

"Why didn't you do that while I was out?"

"Because we were busy trying to fix the security system."

I laughed.

"It's not my fault!"

"You know how to build a flame thrower but not locks?" I said with laughter in my voice.

"Um Tessa we have had a question for you for a while. What did you mean when you talked about Barry dying, like was it 3 months ago?"

"No, it is when Barry disappears in a disaster, but instead he dies."

"How does he die?"

"Don't tell Barry, until we come up with a plan. But I went to the future and I come up with the plan to help him, but I get hit by a bullet and future him tries to help me but gets killed to."

"He can heal fast, so I don't get it."

"This bullet kills metas immediately."

"Who came up with it?"

"Lavender speedster accidentally. But someone gets there hands on it."

They all stopped talking, fear struck me.

"How old would you be when you make it."

"Twenty three."

They all nodded quietly. Caitlyn took my blood, the room was terrifyingly awkward. The day continued pretty silent. I ran running tests, everything comes out normal. Caitlyn and I walked back into the room to find Barry sitting there, talking to Iris. Barry looking up at me.

"Thank you."

I just nodded.

"Did we ever catch her?"

"Wally did."

"So what's next?"

"Defeating the Lavender Speedster."

My throat became sore as it tightened.

"So how are we gonna get her here?"

"Barry could run to the future and capture her."

"No I will!"

"No you won't."

"I know her, it's better if I die then Barry."

Caitlyn looking at Cisco with a concerned look in her eyes.

"She has a point, all she need is a bit of training."

"I know a guy." Barry said with anticipation in his voice.

"I'll get Felicity on the phone." Caitlyn said with a smile.
