Chapter 13 - Severed Bonds

After school, Sasaki headed to Anteiku. He scanned the cafe but He can't find Touka there.
Sasaki saw Yoshimura and asked him Touka's condition.
Yoshimura told him that since She went home, She locked herself in her house.
Touka said that She push herself too hard and She needed rest.
Sasaki could understand that so He work as usual.

After the shop closed, Sasaki asked Yoshimura for permission to used the kitchen and used some ingredients to made porridge.
Sasaki cooked porridge and served it on a bowl, then He brought it upstairs.
He knocked her front door, but He didn't hear anything from inside.

"Touka, I heard that you are still unwell. So, I make a porridge for you. Can you open the door, please?"

He knocked the door several times and waited for several minutes but He still didn't get any response from her.
Sasaki worried about her and before He called her name once more again, He heard a small voice from the inside.

K.T : Haise, I don't want to eat now.
S.H : But you need to eat something, Touka. Even just a little, it's okay.
K.T : I told you I don't want to eat. I need to rest.
S.H : But, Touka-
K.T :  DAMMIT HAISE! I SAID I DON'T WANT TO EAT! LEAVE ME ALONE!!
S.H : ... S-Sorry, Touka. I will put it into the fridge. Don't forget to eat it in the morning, okay?

Sasaki put the porridge into the fridge and He changed his uniform.
On the way home, He regretted what He have done just now.

*sigh * "Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Sasaki Haise, why you forced her?? And now you make her mad again."

The next morning, Sasaki changed his shoes and went to his classroom.

S.H : Morning~
S.G : Mor- ... Damn. What's with your eyes bag, Sa-san?
S.H : Uh- I just too much thinking.
M.T : Thinking about what?
S.H : Touka.
Everyone : ....................................
S.H : I forced her last night, so She get mad on me.
U.K : Last night? Wait. Where did you meet her?
S.H : ? Her house, of course.
Everyone : ....................................
Y.S : Maman, you... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)?
S.H : .... Wait. Don't get the wrong idea. I didn't do anything weird to her.  
U.K : Then what the hell are you doing?

Sasaki told them the incident last night, then his friends gave him some advice.
They told him that He should give her some time and not too forced her like that.
He took the advice and He gave Touka some time.

The next day at break time, Sasaki and his friends saw Touka and Yoriko at the corridor.
Sasaki greeted them but only Yoriko who greeted them back meanwhile Touka ignored them and kept walk away.

... I guess She is still mad at me. 

Then they heard someone yelling suddenly to Sasaki.

Student A : Hey! You murderer! What are you doing here at this school?!? Are you trying to make havoc again?
S.G : Ha? What the f*ck do you want?
Student B : He almost kill someone and you still defend him? What such a beautiful friendship. It makes me wanna hurl.
Y.S : What's your problem?! Leave him alone!!
Student C : No! He must leave this school right now! We don't need a murderer here!
Students : T-That's right! Leave this place now!

In several seconds, the situation become chaos. The students yelled that Sasaki need to left the school.
All of his friends defend him and Sasaki still remained silent.
Till before a student grabbed Sasaki's collar, a pale hand choked him first and pinned him onto the wall.
All of the student there went silent and don't dare to say or do anything.  
That student struggled, He yelled and begged her to let him go.

K.T : You.. It seems no one teach you any manners. 
Student A : Let me go! Let me go!
K.T : Such a big mouth you have. Acting high and mighty and now you're begging like this. Now let me tell you something. I really hate the people like you and I'm in bad mood. You're really unlucky.
Student A : S-Stop.. It.. hurts. Are.. you nuts? You.. gonna.. kill me?
K.T : Nuts? Maybe. Am I gonna kill you? The answer is yes.

As She said that, She tightening her grasp.
The students began panic as they saw the student become pale.  

Y.K : Touka-chan!! Stop!
S.H : Touka! Stop! It's enough!! Touka!!
K.T : You shut up! Touka Touka Touka!! Yapping my name like that!
S.H : Tou-ka?
K.T : Why the hell are you keep sticking on me?! Are you leech?!
Y.S : What?! How could you talking like that, Kirishima-san?!
M.T : Kirishima-san, you better stop it right now.
K.T : Your existence, Haise. It's annoying! A burden! Eyesore! Don't ever approach me anymore!!

*SLAPS* Everyone not make any sounds, they can't believe what they see.
It's the first time that someone dared to slap the queen.
Even Sasaki, He froze after He saw Mutsuki give Touka a slap.
Shortly, the teachers rushed to them and arbitrate them.
The teacher forced Touka to let go the student who almost unconscious in her grasp.
She dropped him and they brought her to the teacher office.

Yoriko was crying, She followed Touka but the teachers blocked her way.
The students murmured and they don't dare to ill speak about Sasaki anymore.
They are too terrified after saw the queen get rampage like that.

M.T : .... Sasaki, from now on, don't talk and don't approach Kirishima-san anymore.
Y.S : Mu-chan is right, maman. Now we can see Kirishima-san's true personality. Why did She throw tantrum to you? After you-
S.H : Saiko, it's enough. Maybe, She hate me after all.. I-I should not bother. That's why She hate me.

After He said that, all of his friends could see his sad face.
They know that He was hurt by the one who is really precious for him.
After the incident till the school is over, they never saw Touka again at school.

-Touka's House-
Yomo brought Touka home after She met with principal, He gave her punishment by banned from school. 

Y.R : What are you doing, Touka?!? Making ruckus at school like that?! Don't you afraid that you will be drop out?!
K.T : .... I don't care.
Y.R : You should be grateful that principal Arima tolerate what you did and not dropped you out!
K.T : I'm not asking him to do that.
Y.R : Touka!! Please don't burden principal Arima anymore, He is already help us a lot. If they knew this, they will be sad. Ah-
K.T : ..............
Y.R : ............... Sorry. But please, Touka. Don't make them sad, okay? I will give you some time. Cool down your head for several days. 

Yomo leave Touka alone in her room. She stared blankly, not doing anything till the evening.
She opened her drawer and took out a photo album.
She opened it, there are photos of her father, mother, her, and Ayato.
She saw it and looked on those photos with sad and painful expression.

"Sad, huh? Uncle Yomo, they won't return.
Yoriko, sorry.. I scared you back then. If you stayed with me, I'm afraid I will hurt you someday.
Haise, I'm so sorry.. Because of me, you get hurt.
I said bad things to you, please hate me and don't care about me anymore.
I know that you're a kind person, but.. Your kindness.. It hurt me so much.
Even I'm rough to you, you still show your kindness to me.
I.. I don't want you to get hurt because of me anymore.
From that day, I can only bring misfortune to people that I love.
That's why.. I will disappear.
I'm sorry everyone.."

She took out a cutter from her drawer and put it on her wrist.
