Chapter 8-

Over the second half, Alyssa and Alex were silent.. I don't think they liked me but I was unsure why.
Mia: 'Guys, why are you blanking me? I'm confused what did it do..'
Alyssa: 'You don't know? We're not saying.. Just saying, it ain't nice to lie to your friends...'
Alex: 'I thought you were better than that... come on Alyssa'
They then walked out of the concert room as I burst into tears. Max gave me a sympathetic look but carried on singing. After thinking about our argument A LOT it was the end of the second half. I ran out, still in tears and sat against the wall. Dylan, Tilly And Leo had to wait there anyway so came over.
Tilly: 'Hey are you okay?'
Mia: 'I'm fine tills, just friendship drama...'
Leo: 'Come on Tilly, let's leave her alone.'
Dylan: 'Is it okay if I sit here?'
Mia: 'Yeah sure...'
I speak to Dylan through the tears trying to explain everything that just happened..
Dylan: 'Wow, well if they don't believe you, then they ain't good friends. Come on let's go backstage, you can speak to Max And Harvey about this.'
Mia: 'Okay, thanks Dylan'
I follow him backstage still in tears and all of a sudden Max And Harvey run over to me.
Harvey: 'OH MY GOD! MIA ARE YOU OKAY?!!!
Max: 'I saw what happened Mia, how dare they do that to you. I thought you and Alyssa had been friends for 13 years?!'
Mia: 'Harvey.. I'm not really okay, and Max, yeah I thought our friendship meant more. I told them that I had to go see you guys for a 1 to 1 interview and they got mad at me because I was apparently 'lying' to them.'
I explained more and then they both hugged me from both sides and I felt a little bit better. Yeah I was a super fan but I actually felt like their friend for a bit.
Harvey: 'Mia this is my fault.. if I didn't want your number but not your friends' then this wouldn't have happened.. I'm sorry'
Mia: I'm sorry, aha, I'm just remembering how much of a super fan that I am so this doesn't feel like reality.'
I start to giggle and we all share a joint laugh like I used to do with my best friends...
Max: 'Well this is reality so make the most of it 😂'
We all laugh and I felt cheered up. I was glad that they were genuine and kind and didn't let fame get to them.
Harvey: 'Here are our numbers, don't tell ANYONE, we don't want our numbers getting leaked. We gave you this because we thought you were really Kind and gorgeous.
Mia: 'Nobody has ever said I was pretty before...'
Max: 'WHAT THE HELL?! How does nobody notice, they must all be blind.'
I take the pieces of paper with their number on and hide them in my backpack.
Mia: 'well I got to go back to my mum's car now.. it'll be very awkward with my friends but I guess we should just not talk'
Max: 'Just hide your phone and text us all the way home.'
Harvey: 'YEAH, I'll make a group chat now 😊'
Mia: 'okay guys, thank you so much for cheering me up. They won't look at my phone anyway so I'll sit in the front instead'
Max and Harvey: 'Okay Bye Mia! See you soon'
I found all my 'friends' and we got in the car. I sat at the front and Alyssa and Alex were in the back whispering about me.
Mum: 'Did you have a nice time girls?'
Mia, Alyssa and Alex: 'Yeh.'
We all didn't talk for the rest of the trip home...
Mum: 'Do you guys want to stay for another sleepover?'
Alyssa: 'I have to.. umm.. get home to ermmm... feed my dog.'
Mum: 'umm okay, how about you Alex?'
Alex: 'I'd rather not, thank you for the offer though'
Mum: 'Oh okay girls, I'll drop you both off home when we get there'
Alex and Alyssa: 'K'
I start texting on the group chat.
