Chapter 33-

The car finally stopped and we were there.
Mia: 'Ohhh no.. 😶'
Harvey: 'What's up Mia?'
Mia: 'I didn't bring any money... which means I can't pay the taxi driver, I can't go the gift stop, I can't get a balloon and I can't get a ticket into the Zoo..'
Max: 'No no! It's okay Mia, we have enough money to pay for you as well. Just tell us what you want and all that 😘'
Mia: 'Thanks guys! I don't know what I'd do without you 2 😀♥️.'
Harvey: 'Well, without me I don't know what I'd do either 😂😏'
Mia: 'Ugh shut up Harvey 😂 Still haven't forgotten that awful trip home from the park... 😂🙄'
Harvey: 'What would ya do without me babe 😂♥️'
Alyssa: 'Wait what happened coming home from the park?'
Alex and Ali: 'YASS tell us Mia 😂'
Mia: 'Piggyback and running don't mix do they?! HARVEY.'
They understood and we started walking over to the lions, tigers and bears section. Then, we heard a huge alarm strike and everyone started panicking.
*BLEEP* *BLEEP* *BLEEP*
Attention! Get out of the park immediately! Very hungry Lion on the loose around the park. If you see it, don't go close, run the opposite way! We don't want anyone getting harmed. We will let you all back in when it has been removed from the park!
Mia: 'Oh god Harvs.. I think I'm going to-'
I fainted into his arms and started struggling to breathe.
Harvey: 'Mia! It's going to be okay, just breathe for me. There you go.. well done.. keep breathing.. you'll be okay.'
I got my breathing back and we started to evacuate the park.
Mia: 'Thank you Harvey  ♥️'
Alyssa and Alex: 'Guys, where's Ali?!'
Mia: 'Okay! Max you take Alyssa and Alex back to the entrance and get outta here and me and Harvs will go looking for Ali.'
Max: 'Okay but be careful! Come on guys.'
They walk off and Me and Harvey start searching for Ali. We find her quite soon after, she was in a crowd of people panicking.
Mia: 'Ali! Go to the entrance, we'll meet you there ♥️'
Ali: 'Okay, thank you Mia, Harvey. Be careful yeah?!'
Mia: 'okay'
I turned around and saw the Lion... oh no.. I tried to stay calm and back away but it lunged towards me, taking my hand almost clean off...
Harvey: 'Mia!! Oh my god! Are you okay?! I'll call 999!
The lion just wandered off back into its cage and they locked the gate behind it.
Mia: 'Oww, Harvs. It hurts so bad.. Its bleeding so much... I think I'm gonna..-'
I fainted again but I was sat down on the floor so my head went into Harvey's chest. I woke up cautiously and saw inside of the ambulance with Paramedics around me giving me pain relief. Harvey decides to call my mum and then text the group chat because they would probably be worried about us.
Harvey: 'Hey Mrs. McKenzie'
Mum: 'Hey sweetie? You okay?'
Harvey: 'There was a warning about an escaped Lion and it pounced on Mia and bit her hand almost clean off.. she tried to save everyone else...'
Mum: 'That sounds like my little girl, always putting others before herself..'
She starts to cry..
Harvey: 'We will be in the hospital in 5 minutes so meet us there please. I'm sure Mia will want to see you.'
Mum: 'Okay sweetie, thank you for letting me know.'
Harvey then grabs my phone and texts the group chat.
Me:
Guys!! It's Harvs! Get Max to pay for a taxi to the hospital as quick as you can. We are in an ambulance!! Mia is seriously hurt...

Oh my god, what happened? Was it the lion? I knew I should never have left her..,'
Alex 😂♥️:
We will be there ASAP! Send Mia our love and we'll try get there in about 5 minutes.
Ali:
Oh my god it was my fault.. if I hadn't have got lost then we could've all got our safely..
I got transferred into the hospital on a stretcher with a huge bandage wrapped around my hand to try and stop the bleeding. I saw my mum as soon as I got in.
Mum: 'Oh my god Honey?!!!'
Doctor: 'We need to give her an emergency operation or she could lose the hand.. either this operation or an amputation. Baring in mind, she could die in the operation of blood loss but it's the better option in the long run... so what are you going to do?'
