Chapter 6

I have a few hours until Jack picks me up. First i put on my dress.

I curl my hair and then bobbypin it up, making it look shorter. Then i braid a small section. Wrapping it around the top of my head, making it a crown. Finally i take my bangs out and hairspray it into place.

Next is makeup.

I put on all the bases first then i do my eyes. I do my eyeliner in a thick wing then do some eyeshadow from my NAKED pallet.

Finally i put on my shoes.

"Trin! Jacks here!" My mom yells.

I grab my clutch and walk downstairs.

"Holy shit" i hear Jack murmur and i laugh.

"Pictures!" My mom says and i roll my eyes.

I stand next to Jack and smile.

"Cmon do a nice pose" she says.

"Bye moms" i say dragging Jack out of the house.

When we walk in its all eyes on us. Whispers all around us.

"Oh my god jack actually went with her" one voice says.

"I heard she cuts" others say.

Jack puts his arm around me and pulls me closer.

"Its okay, just ignore them" he says.

"Hey guys" Jack J says coming over.

"Hey man" Jack says doing some kind of handshake.

"Hey" i say.

Then i see a girl come over.

"Cmon jack i love this song" she says dragging Jack J away.

Suddenly All of Me by John Legend starts playing.

"Do you wanna dance?" Jack asks.

"I dont know how..." I say to him.

"Cmon, ill show you" he says taking me to the dance floor.

"You basically just rock back and forth and slowly walk in a square" he says putting his hand on my waist and i wrap my arms around his neck.

"See youve got it!" Jack says and i smile at him.

Then he brushes the loose strands of hair out of my face. Then leans in and kisses me.

He pulls back and im worried hes gonna leave again.

He smiles at me and thats when i knew it was real.

I lean my head on his chest as we dance, listening to his heartbeat.

"I have a question" he asks.

"Hmm?" I say not moving my head.

"Do you wanna be my girlfriend" he asks.

I lift my head and stand on my toes, kissing him again.

"Is that a yes?" He asks and i nod.

Then he kisses me again, more powerfully than the others.

Then i lay back on his chest.

Now a faster song starts to play.

"I have to go to the bathroom" i say and he nods.

"Me too" he says and we walk together.

I go in the bathroom and see a group of girls. They look like the bitch clique.

"Hey trinity" the main girl says.

"Trin." I say.

"Whatever anyways i love your dress! Whered you get it!" She says.

"Like im telling you. Look i just need to use the bathroom" i say trying to push through the group.

"Look you better stay away from my man" she says.

"Your man? You mean jack?" I laugh.

"No shit stupid. But listen, hes mine." She says and i burst into laughter.

"Funny because im his girlfriend." I say and she swings a punch. She hits the side of my face.

I kick her and all the other girls gasp and start hitting me.

I scream and start crying.

Then the door opens and everyone stops. I turn my head to see Jack G.

Jack runs over to me and wraps his arms around me.

"What the hell did you do to her?!" He asks hugging me, rubbing my back to calm me down.

"I dont know! She just started crying! Maybe its her time of the month" the girl says.

"Your full of shit, bella" he says.

"Im serious!" She says.

"Why the fuck does she have a black eye and why is she holding her stomach and her nose is bleeding?!" He asks looking at me.

"I-" she says trying find an excuse.

Jack lifts me up and carries me as i cry.

"Nice job trying to impress me by beating up my girlfriend" he says and he carries me out and into the car.

"I cant go home like this, my family will freak" i cry.

"My parents are never home and i doubt they are now, you can come to my house" he says and i nod, sniffling.

"What happened" he asks pulling out of the parking lot.

"Bella told me to stay away from you and i said no and she and her friends started hitting me" i sob.

"What a bitch!" Jack yells.

"Calm down, im fine" i say.

"No your not fine! If u were fine u wouldnt have a black eye!" He says and my head starts pounding more than it was.

Finally we pull into Jacks driveway and he carries me out of the car and into the house.

He carefully lays me on the bed and goes to the bathroom to get some stuff.

He comes back with a wet rag and carefully rubs it against my eye. I wince as the fabric touches my skin.

"Sorry" he says.

Then he takes it and cleans up the dried up blood under my nose.

When he finishes he leans down and kisses me softly.

"I love you" i softly whisper.

"I love you too" he says and kisses me again.
