CHAPTER SEVEN

Jungkook and Taehyung walking ahead of the two oldest tries to talk to each other as both knows that the chance of finding Madelyn decreases every time they get in trouble, but Taehyung trying not to make Jungkook’s health condition worsen just tries telling him everything is going to be okay. Namjoon starting to worry for Jungkook as he can see this never ending path is beginning to wear the young boy down especially when he has no idea where his long lost girlfriend may be.
Jin seeing the worry in Namjoon's eyes, try to think of a plan to get some answers to these riddles or as they like to call it clues, but since he doesn’t quite understand everything himself, its just turns up as a lost cause.
The whole day went by rather quick as all four boys finally standing still and staring at the skies as neither one knows where to hide or at least know what to do next.

Namjoon: So what next..
Taehyung: Maybe we can just rest here..
Jungkook: This spot.. Wait... This spot..

( Jungkook suddenly startling the three oldest with his sudden remembrance)
Taehyung: What do you mean by this spot.. Jungkook..??
Namjoon: Do you remember something..??
Jungkook: This spot.. Is where me and Madelyn use to hang out after lunch... But how come I remember this..
Jin: Wait.. Guys look up..

( The three boys look up)
Jin: Don’t this remind you of anything..
Namjoon: The riddle or how you like to say it, the clue..
Taehyung: Those are branches.. And down here are leaves.. This tells us..
Namjoon: That if we go to places Jungkook and Madelyn used to hang out..
Jin: Jungkook will get his memory back.. But..
Jungkook: I know Jin Hyung...
Taehyung: What??
Jin: It’s hopeless if we don’t have all the riddles..
Namjoon: That’s true, but if we look at the bigger picture here..
Taehyung: What picture... I don’t see any picture..
Namjoon: Never mind Taehyung... (Rolling his eyes)
Jin: This gives us one step closer to their location..
Namjoon: Exactly that..

Jungkook POV
Just when I was about to give up hope this happens, maybe this is a sign that everything will work out for the best.

Taehyung POV
Finally something is happening in our favour. I can see the smile in Jungkook’s face, maybe that’ll help him get better.

Jin POV
These boys look excited about this, but something is still off about all of this. I still think there is something that we aren’t seeing but what could it be.

Namjoon POV
All of this feels like a trap. The sudden clue being found as we were about to escape to another part of town. I just really get the feeling we are in serious trouble now.

Namjoon: Guys I know you all or happy.. But..
Jin: This feels like a trap.
Namjoon: (shocked).. Do you also feel it..
Taehyung: What are you two talking about.. We found a clue..
Jungkook: Yeah, why are you all thinking this is a trap..
Jin: Jungkook we know you’re happy about this but try to think real hard..
Jungkook: What you talking about..?
Namjoon: We were about to run away from whoever was outside that building.. And now suddenly..
Jin: We come across a clue.. Think about it..
Taehyung: Let’s move..
Jin: What.. Why..??
Namjoon: What’s up Taehyung..
Taehyung: I can see someone staring at us from that house over there..
(Taehyung points at the house closest to the building they were in a few minutes ago)
Namjoon. (Turns around).. Let’s move..

Normal POV
Namjoon seeing what Taehyung meant by that, tells the boys to start moving and fast. Jin still looking at the window as if he remembers the  girl’s face, but can’t seem to picture where, this gets the attention of Namjoon. Jungkook who’s walked way in front followed by Taehyung were too busy trying to figure out what to do next, that they didn’t notice what’s happening behind them.
Namjoon approaches Jin trying to find out why he’s still looking at the window, but Jin just looks at him as if he’s signalling him not to come closer.

Jin: (whispering).. Don’t come closer, or she’ll notice..
Namjoon: (whispering).. Who is she??
Jin: I can’t remember..
Namjoon: Jin let’s go..

Normal POV
Jungkook and Taehyung now way too far ahead suddenly figures out that they are only hearing their footsteps and not those of the hyungs. At a great speed they turn around and notices the hyungs are still at the tree. Taehyung being the most fit runs back to try and figure out why they aren’t following them, but remembers he can’t leave Jungkook behind and decided to stay with him.

Taehyung POV
I wonder why the Hyungs are still standing there, didn’t we say we have to hurry. I mean why are they staring at the same place I pointed to earlier. I have to go find out what’s going on but I can’t leave Jungkook alone here.

Jungkook POV
I can see the curiosity of Taehyung as he really wants to go and see what they are staring at, but even if I gave him permission to go he’ll just stay here, so best just to rest while the Hyungs try and figure out whatever the are doing there.

Normal POV
Namjoon and Jin stood still on their spot not knowing if they should call out to this mysterious person, staring at them through a window or just keep on walking. Taehyung and Jungkook on the other end trying to figure out what these two are up to couldn’t hold it anymore and decides to approach them. The whole walk back seems to be a bit difficult for Jungkook as he has not fully recovered from what happened earlier, but he just had to find out what his two hyungs are busy staring at.
Jin and Namjoon looking at each other as to trying to figure out what they must do suddenly gets a surprise as Taehyung and Jungkook appeared behind them.

Jungkook: What’s going on here?
Namjoon: Jin seems to know that girl for some reason..
Taehyung: What!! Really..
Jin: Yes, but I can’t seem to remember where I’ve seen her..
Jungkook: Maybe we should approach her and find out..
Namjoon: Yeah.. But what if she’s working with the...
Taehyung: Bad guys..
Namjoon: Yeah.. I mean they practically..
Jin: Own this town..
Unknown: You guys continuing each others sentences is impressive and weird..

Normal POV
The sudden voice of a  stranger gets the boys surprised once again ,but this time they are more afraid than before seeing as each time they find someone they know, another one pops up behind them. The mysterious person looks at them as if trying to say don’t be afraid but what the boys have been through these past few days, they can’t trust just anyone.

Taehyung: Who may you be?
Unknown: You seriously don’t remember me V..
Taehyung: How... How do you know my name.?
Unknown: I know all your names.. Like Jungkook, Jin, Namjoon and well you Taehyung..

(They slowly turn around)
Namjoon: It’s you..
Taehyung: Wait.. You’re.. You’re..
All Four: HEISHA!!!
Heisha: Glad to know you still remember me..
Namjoon: Of course..

Normal POV
The mysterious person now known as Heisha suddenly appeared and the reaction the boys gave was funny, as they were really happy to find someone they knew. Jin who’s still trying to figure out who the girl in the window is tries to ask Heisha but Taehyung keeps on coming up with something to talk to her about. Jungkook having calmed down a little sees something that could help them rest for a while, but also gets the thought that asking her if they could stay with her could also put her life in danger.
Namjoon seeing Jin still focused on trying to figure out who that girl in the window might be, finally asks Heisha seeing as she lives in the same street as her.

Jin: Heisha..( points at the window).. Who is that girl.?
Heisha: OMG you guys don’t remember her!!
Taehyung: She looks very familiar.. Like I once...
Heisha: Rescued her from bullies..
Taehyung: But there was only one girl I rescued from bullies.. And the Hyungs helped me with that..
Namjoon: Oh yeah I think her name was...
Jungkook: No.. Can’t be.. I thought she went overseas..
Taehyung: Could it be..

(The boys look at the window again, and suddenly sees the girl smile..)
Taehyung: That...
Jungkook: Smile...
Jin: And...
Namjoon: Cheeks...
All Four: HYEONA!!!

Normal POV
All four stunned by seeing two of their high school friends together at the same time, and neither one forgot about these boys. Taehyung still looking at the window remembering how he always used to look after Heisha and Hyeona when bullies tried to bother them. Namjoon looks at Taehyung as a sudden smile appeared on his face as they remember their high school days.
Jungkook seeing everyone smile and couldn’t help but smile as well, as he sees something good is happening for a change but the sudden serious look on Heisha's face captured Jin's attention.

Jin: What’s wrong Heisha?
Heisha: Go through that door..( points to a hole through the wall)..
Taehyung: Why??
Heisha: Just go hurry..

Normal POV
Heisha quickly tells them to go through the wall door as she could see they are trying to run from something or someone. The sudden footsteps could be heard from a mile away, but the minute these footsteps got closer Jungkook and the boys recognized it.

Mercyl: Four boys did they come this way?
Heisha: Lots of people come through here..
( Marijosh moves closer, and grabs Heisha's hair)
Marijosh: We don’t have time for your games... Now answer!!
Heisha: Yes they did.. But they ran that way..( points forward)
Mercyl: Good Girl.. Mari Let’s go!!

Normal POV
Mercyl and Marijosh runs forward followed by their gunmen, leaving behind a crying Heisha. Heisha now being reminded of how she was treated In high school suddenly feels two arms hugging her, she turns around to see Taehyung holding her while whispering “Its going to be okay”. After hearing those words as well as remembering what he did for her back then, she wipes her tears and tells them to follow her.

Heisha: Follow me..
Jin: Where are we going?
Heisha: I’m going to let you stay by us for a while.
Namjoon: Us???
Heisha: Me and Hyeona are staying together..
Jungkook: Are you two...

( They came to the front door)
Hyeona: No where not dating idiot..(laughing)..

Normal POV
The appearance of Hyeona came as a funny kind of surprise as Taehyung knew how powerless he becomes when he sees a girl with chubby cheeks. Jungkook knowing this tries to make Taehyung look away while Jin gets Hyeona and Heisha inside the house.
Heisha invites the four boys inside and offers them something to drink, but Jungkook suddenly collapse due to exhaustion.

Taehyung: Jungkook!!!..
Jin: Do you have somewhere he can lay down please..
Heisha: Yes upstairs.. Hyeona show them the room..
Hyeona: Follow me..

Normal POV
Namjoon helps Taehyung carry a now passed out Jungkook upstairs where Jin will try to see what exactly is causing him to breath so heavily. Hyeona not coping under pressure accidentally bumps one of their photos off the table.
The carry took some time as most of the members are exhausted themselves but the determination on their faces were impressive but the worriedness made the situation more difficult.

Jin: Put him down slowly..
Heisha: Should I get some water..
Jin: Yes and ice if you have..
Hyeona: I’ll get the ice..
Heisha: Okay..
Jin: Namjoon and Taehyung you two go rest..
Namjoon: How are we suppose to do that.??
Taehyung: Yeah.. Just how??
Jin: Jungkook will be okay. He’s just exhausted..
Namjoon: Are you sure.?
Jin: Yes now go..

Normal POV
Jin tells the two to go get some rest themselves as he tries to get Jungkook back in shape. Namjoon and Taehyung being worried for the young Jungkook, didn’t want to go to sleep but the serious look of Jin made them change their minds.

Jin POV
I can’t tell them that Jungkook is in a bad condition and the tiredness isn’t making it any better.

Namjoon POV
I’ve seen that look of Jin before, and I know he’s lying about Jungkook’s condition.

Normal POV
Jin knowing deep inside that what Jungkook is going through has something to do with the bruise he has on his arm, but he doesn’t want to alarm the boys as he knows they will start panicking and everything will become more troublesome. Heisha who’s looking at Jin working could tell that Jin himself is panicking but she doesn’t know what to do.

Hyeona: Maybe you should go and call Yoongi..

Normal POV
The name Yoongi suddenly caught Jin as well as the other boys by surprise as they have been hoping to find one of them soon, but they look at Hyeona as in wondering how she knows of Yoongi being here.

Jin: What do you mean by that?
Hyeona: Yoongi lives a few houses from us..

(Namjoon and Taehyung runs upstairs after hearing Yoongi's name)
Namjoon: Why didn’t you say that in the beginning?
Heisha: Because a few months ago Yoongi suffered a injury, and we don’t know if he’s better yet..
Taehyung: What kind of injury?
Hyeona: The same Jungkook is suffering now..

Normal POV
Jin looks at Namjoon and Taehyung as if he’s telling them why they are still standing here but he knows deep inside he can’t tell them to go, since they are in danger. Namjoon being the oldest as well as the leader decided to walk.

Namjoon: Taehyung you stay here with....

Normal POV
Namjoon turns around to find no Taehyung. Jin becomes worried again that he might’ve ran to go and call Yoongi himself. Namjoon not knowing what to do stares at Jin looking if he can give him something to do, but Jin’s expression shows that of..” I don’t know anymore”..
Meanwhile Heisha and Hyeona looking at all this feels hopeless as they don’t know how to help these boys, other than bring them the supplies they need.
A few hours have past and still no Taehyung, now a very worried Jin and Namjoon stands up from their chair and starts walking towards the door.

Namjoon: Look after Jungkook..
Jin: Please..
Heisha: We will..
Hyeona: You can count on that..

Namjoon POV
This is going way too far especially with those people after all of us, and I don’t think these girls will be able to handle those dangerous people if they were to come here. I don’t know what to do anymore..

Jin POV
I think it’s about time we figure something out, and quick too or else things will become worse than before..
MEANWHILE

Taehyung POV
I’m running like crazy trying to get to Yoongi's place before those girls Mercyl and Marijosh sees me and catch me, but from my stupidity and quick reaction I didn’t ask where Yoongi lives. What am I to do now, I’m already way too far to turn back now and ask for directions..

Unknown: It’s been a while Taehyung..

( Taehyung turns around quickly)
Taehyung: Yoongi thanks I found......... You...
Unknown: You don’t look happy to see me...
Taehyung: JIMIN!!!!
