Chapter 17: Changing their world, One Sherwin at a time

Third person's POV

"Great! What is she doing here?" Jenny breaks the silence after her previous specification to the blond girl.

"Let's go" jenny said to tina and she nodded at her. "Mike hide him here" jenny said but before she go out she faced sherwin. "Oh yeah, sherwin this is mike, mike-sherwin. He's my cousin" she said and head out.

When they left a painful silence falls on the two. Well, atleast for sherwin in this case. Mike had both his hands in the pocket of his leather jacket looking curiously at sherwin.

"You're still cold, are you?" He asked sherwin. Sherwin nodded, looking up at the taller boy, smiling a bit. "Want me to close the door?" He asked again. "N-no, that's ok!" Sherwin said.

"Please don't do that" he mentally thought.

Sherwin moved closer to the door, peeking outside. "Umm, you're supposed to hide here" mike said as he too moved to the door and peeked. Right above sherwin's head, which sherwin didn't noticed him as he was absorb to the two girl brewing a storm.

"Has your mother ever teached you about good manners or is it just like your fashion sense? Nonexistent" jenny said as she eyed her awful pink get-up from the pink shirt, the pink skirt, the pink heels and a pink bag. "I didn't know we had barbie doll convention" jenny made it with a surprise gasped. Earning a giggle from tina at her side. Other's snickered who overheard that.

Ella scoffed "You're one to talk, goth-girl. Ever try different color other than black? And keep your nose out of other people's business" ella replied.

"Sure will if it not involves any of my friends" jenny said crossing her arms. Ella raised an eyebrow at that "you? Friends with jonathan? Ha! Don't make me laugh" she said doubltfully.

Jenny smirked "Not really my direct friend but i have a friend who's close to us and is very, VERY closed to him" she said.

Sherwin from behind snucked back his head at her statement and so did mike. "Something wrong?" He asked sherwin. "No, everythings ok" sherwin's reply as he was covering his blush.

"I know she meant me about that!" Sherwin thought.

He felt a hand on his forehead. "Did get a cold or something? You're red?" Mike said slightly bending his knees to match sherwin height.

"Huh?! Ohh I didn't! I t-think i'm unmm....just...cold that's all, hahah!" Sherwin's answer trying to coat the truth.

The taller boy removed his jacket and placed them on sherwin's shoulder. Sherwin flinched at the others gesture.

"There you go. Hopefully your friend comes back soon" he said smiling at sherwin. Sherwin looked at him tilting his head. "Umm...thanks" he said.

Mike put his hands to his waists. "You're really small, huh?" He said. "That sound familliar" sherwin thought.

Sherwin only gaved him a shy smile as usual and looked down. "Are you shy? Don't worry that's not a bad thing! It's kinda a good thing! Even though it makes you look weak and fragile" he said.

"Is that supposed to be an insult or what!?" Sherwin thought.

"More reason for someone to protect you, right? Plus it makes you looked cute" He said with a smile.

Sherwin don't know how to react to that so he choosed the best course of action he could think of.

He looked down and didn't said anything as he rubbed his shoulder with the blush that still lingered.

"Whatever! I'm out!" The noised spread to the whole room. They peeked back to their previous position.

Had enough? I thought you're tougher than that" jenny smirking. "I have better things to do than looking at your face" ella said. "Beside, jonathan isn't even in here" she added.
