Chapter 9: Night of trying not to be weird and failing but in a good way

Jonathan's POV

"Great! Way to go, jonathan! Seriously, you just had to make it weird don't you?" i sarcastically scolded myself. I been messing up one after another what's happening to me?

"U-umm, jo..j-jonathan...c-can you let m-me go now" i heared sherwin mumbled but i only understand what he meant when he tried to pull his arm. I looked at the wrist where i was holding him.

"Ohh, s-sorry about that haha" i said putting my hands in my pocket, unsure where i should place them at the moment. Silence filled the air between us "come on! Think, don't make it even weirder. Say something!" i thought and the heat building up because of my tux didn't really help at all. Didn't i was just soaking wet?!

"Take it off" i said and mentally slap myself for that. I saw sherwin raised his hands to his chest "w-what!?" He definitely got the wrong idea. He looked at me straight in the eyes, deeply blushing and i know im blushing too given as to what i just said earlier and now combine.

"N-no..i mean..i um-your clothes take them off-NO! I mean change! Change your clothes cuz there w-wet, right?"  I felt my heart race, struggling to find the right words. I internally groaned.

Sherwin had a face of "oh" written all over him, he then wrapped his arms around him. "I-i guess" he said looking to the side, the blush was still there. *Heavy Breathing* I can hear his breathing, he's also fidgeting and he seems to tucking on his sleeves. This is bad. I can't look away. There's something about him that im always seem to be distracted.

Is it his eyes? Those forest greens seems so calming to me. And those freckles of him blends perfectly everytime he blush, it's so wonderous to watch. Is it his hair? Those curls of his reminds me autumn season gentle and beautiful. Or maybe it's his creamy pale skin, it look so soft and delicate that i can't seem get enough of it. Or his voice that-Wait!........what am i saying!?

Okay, stop it. Jonathan pull yourself together, man. Just because your with him and his sleeping with you doesn't mean you can ......
*sleeping with you*...you can...
*sleeping with you*...you umm *sleeping with you*.....y-you....he's sleeping with me. He's sleeping with me!! That thought sends panicking immediately. Ok, jonathan just imagine this like a sleep over. This isn't the first time you have someone to sleep here with, alright. It's gonna be fine. I thought calming myself.

"Umm..jonathan, are you okay?" I heared sherwin said and looked to him, he had a worried look and he's looking up at me, flashing me those green orbs and a faint blush. So cute.

"Huh? Y-yeah, im good, hehe. You?" i said scratching my head. "Im fine" he gave me a little smile. I scanned sherwin for a while, gaining back posture "ohh yeah, let me see if there's any clothes of mine that can fit you" i said. I open my walk-in closet. Yes, i have a walk-in closet. And i tried to find any clothes that might be small enough to fit him.

I don't really have anything that'll fit him. Ever since the 7th grade being in the baseball team, i've pretty much bulk up, not to much though ,just the right muscles here and there. I just picked up the sweater mom gave to me in my 13 b-day, it has a long sleeve which is not really my styles so i don't used it much. And the only shorts that i'll think will fit, well, close enough. It had lime color with dark prints of panda pawpad. Before i walked out i grab myself some clothes to change. I got a plain white t-shirt and blacks shorts.

"Here, try this on" i placed them on his hands and i started to change clothes. I stripped down my suit, only having my pants on, i was about unbuckle the button then i remembered sherwin was here....i felt a burning sensation in cheeks and i know im blushing at this point. Why? I don't know. I've been on the locker rooms and i've undressed and change infront of others. But this time, ohh this time felt a little.....i frozed.

My eyes rolled to sherwin, he was hugging the clothes, i gave him. He was blushing madly, he met my eyes. "Im sorry! I'll in the closet!" He practically run passed me and into the closet. I heared a loud thud as he closed it. I pulled down my pants and replaced them with shorts and hastly put on my t-shirt.

I ran my hands to my hair. *Da dub da dub da dub* "woah, my heart's beating fast?" I stared at the door of the closet for like a minute or two. I walked closer and knocked on the door. "Are you ok in there?" I asked.

"Y-yeah...just..umm...changing" he said but it sounded far away so i lean my head to the side so i can hear him. *SMACK* "Uphff!! Shhhh" i hissed at the pain at my left temple. "I am so sorry! I didn't know you were leaning on the door" sherwin said as he reach out where my hands were covering my head.

I felt his soft hand on one of my hands and the other on my left temple. He's so close, our glances met, he was atleast an inch or two smaller than me. Those green eyes were greener than i thought, and our face it was so close just a little bit more our lips come have- *knock knock*

We were both startled at that "Boys is everything alright in there?" Mom from the other door side, i looked at the door. "Yes, mom!" I said. "Just some...just some of my baseballs fall off the closet shelves" i couldn't really think of anything else. "Oh, okay dear" she said. "Go to bed now, okay." She added. "Okay, mom" i answered animatedly. "Are you both sharing the bed?" She asked. "Yes, mo-" i choked on my words and coughed before i even finished.

"NO! Mom!" I replied. "Ohh, just asking, dear" she said. "Go to sleep now, okay?" She added. "And you too, sweetie" sherwin's mom on the door. "I will mom" he replied. I heared footstep faded away, and faced sherwin again.

*cough* T-the sweater...the sweater barely fits his frame! It's actually showing off his collar bone! *COUGH* and....and the shorts! His holding it up to keep it in his waists *COUGH!*

"A-are you okay!?" He asked worriedly. "Do want you me get you some water?" He added. "No...no im fine, thank you" i replied to him. I cleared my throat "something just got caught up in my throat that's all" i assured him. I saw him sighed and smile at me.

I returned it with a smile of my own and i know there a light blush making it's way back. "Sooo..umm you can have the bed for the night" i said. I think it's best we don't share the bed, otherwise, i wouldn't be sleeping tonight. (innocent statement. Mind you) "Huh, no it's your bed. You should sleep in there, not me" he tried to reason with me. But there's no way im letting him sleep in the floor. "No, you sleep on the bed. I'll sleep on the floor" i said as laid on the floor. "But-" i cut him off. "No, buts, just sleep" he tried to answered back but he yawned.

"See? Your tired just sleep on the bed" i said. He sighed "okay" he sits on the bed and slowly spread himself on my bed. "Mhmm" he hummed. "Comfy?" I asked him. "Comfy" he said as he buried his face on the pillow. I chuckled at him. "Night, sherwin" i said feeling content. He hesitated for a moment "good night, jonathan" he said facing me smiling gently, i smiled backed, then he threw a pillow at me and the second bed sheets.

He yawned and closed his eyes. I fixed myself on the floor still smiling. "Well,  this isn't so bad. Good job me" i thought praising myself. Closing my eyes and letting tiredness takes over. I can't wait for tomorrow morning.

I hope you guys like this chapter, i don't know if it's a late update or not i kinda lost track now, whatever, im sure you guys noticed the tittle....that it's weird, it's pretty long isn't, huh? To admit im not good with tittles so expect more of it haha. Bye bye 😂😘❤❤❤
