Chapter Three: Love???

Ciel POV

We sat there for a few minutes hugging each other. Her hair smelled like burnt cherry blossoms. Beautiful, yet broken and burned. She was so beautiful, and I felt like I was hugging a torn teddy bear. With it's stuffing falling out, yet trying to sew everyone else up before she fixes herself. It was such a broken and beautiful dynamic. 'Oh no, I'm in love with her. But I can't help it, she's like me.' She looked up at me, her royal purple eye staring into my ocean blue one. Her left eye was covered, I wonder what happened. "Smile?" She whispered. Her voice sounded a little cracked as she said my name, as if she was about to cry. "Yes?" "Why are you so nice to me?"

I was sightly caught off guard. One, by the question. It seemed simple, yet so complicated. And two, she didn't have as much as an accent. She talked like she was a noble, not like a normal peasant. "Why would you ask that?" "I do not understand why some people are so nice to me, while others hate me. Humans are so confusing..." That last sentence confused me. She said humans as if she was not human. "May I ask you a question Rosie?" "Yes?" "Why did you say the word human, like you weren't human?" She opened her mouth, paused, and she it again. Her eye glazed over as if she was in deep thought. 'I wonder what she's thinking about.'

Reader POV

'Do I tell him? What should I say?' I didn't know what to do. He just put me into a very sticky situation. "I just sometimes don't feel human." 'There, that's close enough to the truth.' (BTW, for some reason italics don't work well. Letting you guys know)

He looked at me curiously. "Are you human?" Again, I didn't know what to say. I mean, I'm kind of human. Just not fully human. I simply just lightly nodded. Then I looked away. 'What if he finds out?'

OOOOOO SUSPENSE!!!! So yeah, you're not entirely human. I know, I know, you're the reader and you don't even really know anything about your past. I'll try to make this book quick, and then get to this book's sequel. But there's going to be at least ten chapters most likely. So I'll give you guys a hint. "Thee who is not human nor any other creature, yet a mixture of many, will be thee one who will crumble and fall yet bring others down with them deep into the caverns of the dragon." DOESN'T MAKE SENSE RIGHT?! Well guess what!!! It actually does!!! Well, a little bit because I have created a name for what you are that of course you guys don't know what it is yet...OH NO PARTIAL SPOILERS I GOTTA STOP TALKING, BYE LITTLE NUGGETS!!!!! (I gave a good hint, think about it cutie potatoes)
