Chapter Five: Birthday Girl

Reader POV

We sat there for a while, snuggling each other. Then he chuckled. "Rosie, I just realized you still haven't given me my outfit." "Oh! Oh yeah!" I shot up and ran towards my desk and picked up a box and ran over. "It's in here. Put it on!!!" I had a gigantic smile on my face, I was so excited to see what he looked like in it.

"Turn around please." He said while blushing. It took me a second to realize why, and my face turned into a deep pink. I turned around and waited for him to finish.

After a few minutes he said I could turn around. It looked great on him! "You look so adorable!!!" I hugged him and he just laughed. I heard Joker's footsteps outside and then heard his voice, "Rosie?" I ran to the front of the tent and opened up the flap. "Good afternoon big brotha'! Smile got his outfit on, what do ye think?" Joker smiled. "It looks nice Rosie." I giggled and clapped my hands. Then I saw a box in his hands.

"What's thee box for big brotha'?" He grinned from ear to ear and gave it to me. I took it and opened it. I gasped. It was a small leather vest with a royal purple outside and a deep red lining, the same colors as Joker's cape. "I couldn't forget that it was ye birthday Rosie." I frowned slightly at the mention of my birthday. "Thank ye big brotha', ye didn't need to."

"JOKER!!!!" Beast screamed from somewhere in the circus. Joker sighed. "Well, I gotta go, happy birthday lil sis." He gave me a kiss on the forehead and walked away. I sighed and put on the vest. I sat down on the bed and looked at Smile. He looked deep in thought, then he smiled at me.

Ciel POV

She looked hurt when he said the word birthday. Rosie and I must be very alike, I have to make sure that this birthday is the best, she deserved it. I smiled at her. "So, birthday not the best, huh?" She shook her head. I kissed her gently on the forehead. "I'll have to change that, won't I? What is the first thing that comes to mind?"

Automatically her face turns a deep shade of red. "First thing? Uh..." She looked deeply embarrassed, I chuckled. "Come on, tell me." She gently whispered in my ear and it was my turn to become a deep shade of red. 'S-she wanted........that?" I nodded, if that's what she wanted, then that's what I'll give her. "Meet me tonight at 11:00 at the lake in the forest, I'll see you there. That'll be my present to you." I kissed her on the lips, and walked back to my tent with my other clothes in my arms.

Reader POV

OMG, he actually said yes. It's HAPPENING. I almost started hyperventilating and my hands were shaking. I still needed to find Black, then I'll be able to see him. I couldn't wait!!!

~~Time Skip to 11:00~~

I sat there on the grass hugging one of the wild bunnies, waiting for Ciel. I hear a noise and see Ciel walking out of the woods. "Happy Birthday Rosie." He said, and then kissed me. I let the bunny loose and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Are you ready?" He asked. I nodded and he smirked.
