True Love: Chapter 5

Mal was sitting on the steps, quite embarrassed that she had revealed her crush for Evie. She was crying her eyes out, shocked still.

Evie, Jay, and Carlos turned the corner to see Mal, crying on the steps. The three walked towards her, comforting her.

"Mal, are you okay? Need anything?" Carlos asked sweetly.

"Yeah, Mal, are you okay?" Jay asked.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about Mal, honestly." Evie reassured.

Evie waved the boys off.

"I'll handle this." Evie whispered.

The boys nodded and walked off.

Evie sat next to Mal, hugging her from the side.

"Mal...I have something to confess." Evie said, biting her lip.

Mal sighed.

"I know where this is going. You only like me as a friend and will never, ever like me as a girlfriend. Save your words." Mal looked down, crying still.

Evie shook her head.

"It's actually the complete opposite, Mal. I love you and always have. I was heartbroken that we had to split moving to Auradon because of the homosexual ban. Ever since that was lifted, I was hoping we could restart our relationship. Again Mal, I love you more than I can say, and I want to be with you so badly. If you'll give me a chance." Evie ranted.

Mal looked up, her tears gone.

"Oh, Evie...I want to be with you too. Of course I'll give you a chance. I love you." Mal exclaimed, almost at a loss for words.

Evie held Mal's hand as they walked back to their dorm, smiling and crying of hapiness.

As Mal opened their dorm door, Evie sat down on her bed, hugging Mal.

"You're the be-"

Before Evie could finish her sentence, Mal kissed her passionately. Evie kissed back, happy to be with Mal.

Mal rolled over on the bed so that Evie was on top.

Evie pulled off Mal's shirt, much to Mal's surprise. Mal did the same to Evie, them still kissing.

Mal pulled away just to say, "Evie...I love you more than anything.

"Me too, Mal. Me too."

They both sat up in the bed, only in their bras and shorts.

"Ooh, I'm tired." Mal said, yawning.

"Haha, same."

"I'm going to go to my bed. Night, my Blueberry Princess." Mal was about to get out when Evie pulled her back in.

"Sleep with me." Evie said, smiling.

"If you say so." Mal joked, hugging Evie close.

They both got out of their shorts to be more comfortable, then fell asleep together, hugging each other tight.

(I really hope you liked this chapter! Chapter 5 should come out around 9/12-9/13. I also want to tale this moment to recognize what happened 16 years ago today. We will remember all the victims of 9/11/01.)
