You could almost hear a pinfall inside the cafeteria, well except for the beating heart of Deb. All eyes were glued on the very interesting scene that had just played out before their eyes.

Doughnut shades stood up from the chair and was now standing only inches away from Lisa. Lisa felt a lump grow in her throat as she suddenly realized how tall this guy was. He stood head and shoulders taller than her. Lisa suddenly felt small and intimidated. Nevertheless, she kept her growl written all over her face. However, never in her big wide imaginative mind would she have expected what happened next.

Before Lisa could blink and to the horror of Deb, Doughnut Shades had started leaving the cafeteria to the slight giggles and bursts of laughter coming from the students and right on his shoulders lay a bent over Lisa struggling to escape from his arms; not that her efforts made any difference.

My God, his body is as strong as a rock she thought silently to herself. Not that she was paying any attention, she reassured herself completely. After beating her tiny hands on his back, she gave up hanging her hands down to the chuckle of Doughnut Shades.

'Don't you dare laugh at me!' she said in an angry tone.

'Whatever you say Princess' he said in an amused tone.

'Don't call me Princess' she said bitterly.

'Okay pumpkin' he replied almost immediately.

'Don't call... arghh never mind and put me down!' she said wriggling her body in a bid to get down. Doughnut Shades stopped and just stood still.

'Trust me Princess, you do not want to move like that against a man who's alive and is made up of flesh and blood'

'Oh' Lisa said her face turning to the color of crimson as her head processed what he had just said.

He turned a corner and dropped her. She realized they were in the parking lot. Immediately her feet touched the ground, she slapped him with all the strength she could muster. However, Doughnut Shades didn't even move.

'That's my reward for saving your life now uh?' he said throwing up a devilish smirk which showed just how pretty his face was. This obviously didn't go unnoticed by Lisa but Lisa forced her mind to focus.

'You didn't save my life, you took advantage of me' Lisa said looking infuriated with her hair all over the place. Doughnut Shades just took a deep breath as he looked at her.

'Believe me, if I wanted to take advantage of you, you would not have come to school today' he said turning back to walk away as Lisa's mouth opened in shock.

'What the hell is that supposed to mean?' she said as she rushed to block his way.

'Whatever you want it to mean Princess?' he said smiling at her.

'Don't call me that' she said clenching her jaw.

'Pumpkin' he said.

'No'

'Honeycomb then' he said.

'Gross' she said.

'Sweetheart you got to choose one'

'What's with you and the pet names?'

'Oh, you think I am giving you a pet name?' he said faking a shocked gasp.

'Aren't you?' her voice shook a bit, now a bit unsure of herself.

'You got a lot to learn then Princess' he said lifting her off the ground from her shoulders and to the side and walking away.

'Don't call me that' she shouted to be heard by him.

'Make up your mind pumpkin' he said heading straight back to the cafeteria.

***************

When Lisa finally got back into the cafeteria, what she saw shocked her temporarily. There was food everywhere, everyone was covered with food and laughing. The most hilarious of all was Deb who just stood there with her eyes closed and a plate of baked beans dripping from her head into her closed eyes.

'What the hell happened?' Lisa said giggling.

'You are asking me what happened!' Deb said opening her eyes in fury only for the baked beans to enter her eyes.

'Ow my eyes!' she said dancing around clutching her left eye.

'Let me help you' Lisa said hurrying to help her only to slip and land right into cake icing that had been left on the floor to the laughter of those in the cafeteria.

'Remind me why I am still your best friend' Deb said regret stinging in her voice. For a second there, she thought Lisa was not going to respond but that was never going to be possible. First came a chuckle.

'What can I say? I'm adorable'
