After we decided that we would be handing Peter over to the dementors, so Sirius could be a free man once and for all, that's when it happened. All hell broke loose.
Shortly after leaving the whomping willow is when it happened. The clouds moved to reveal a very full moon. Severus was trying to bring a goblet of potion to Remus but that's when they both went to the Shrieking Shack, so Remus didn't take his potion and transformed into a werewolf, physically and mentally.
Sirius tried attacking Remus his dog form, but he had already spotted the children and just tossed Sirius's body aside.
It all happened so quickly I got knocked out and the next thing I know I am waking up to everyone gone and Harry, Sirius, and Hermione trying to fend off hundreds of dementors.
Then all of a sudden a burst of light so bright. Only a very powerful wizard could have produced it. "Prongs" I screamed. No it can't be.
The rest was such a blur. Somehow I ended up in the hospital wing, and Severus, I guess, levitated Harry and Hermione to the hospital wing as well. I headd them talking to Dumbledore about having to fix it, Sirius was innocent and they can't send him back to prison. I wanted to say something, do something, but I couldn't. Madam Pomfrey is a great healer, but I needed Leo. I wish I could call him right now, but when I left America I left that world behind.
My bed was the closest to the door. While they were talking I, as quietly as I could manage, got up and snuck out of the room.
From what I could tell Sirius was in one of the towers. Damn I wish I paid more attention. So as fast as I could manage I started at one end of the castle and started checking every tower, magically of course, those stairs would have hurt so bad.
When I reached the astronomy tower, that's where I saw the most movement, and hopefully Sirius. I ran up the stairs as fast as I could, not caring how bad it hurt. When I reached the top it was just in time to see Sirius mounting Buckbeak the Hippogriff and saying final goodbyes to Harry and Hermione.
"Sirius, wait." I yelled running through the door. They were so alarmed Harry and Hermione both had their wands on me instantly, till Sirius said it was ok.
"I understand now. I know why you did what you did. There's something I should have told you a long time ago, I am in love with you Sirius Black. And I will wait for you no matter how long it takes."
"I love you too Jamie, and when my name is cleared once and for all I am going to make you a Black. We'll be a proper family again, you'll see. Goodbye."
And so he left, with the promise that we will see eachother again. I can't wait.
