Ella went to the officers mess. She saw Will sitting there along with Charles and Henry. Ella sat down between Will and Henry. She smiled. "Morning gents."

"Morning."

Ella looked at Will and smiled. "Morning Mr Murdoch."

"Morning Miss Hanson," Will replied. He placed his arm over the back of Ella's chair. "How did you sleep?" Will asked.

Ella smiled. "I slept like a baby. Although I do feel like there was something poking my back," she replied. She knew no one knew about their relationship.

Will choked on his coffee. Ella smirked and placed a hand on Will's thigh under the table.

Some breakfast came and Ella took her pick from it. She smiled and began to eat along with the other officers.

Will had to resist kissing her. He knew he had to try to stop himself. "Charles, you ready for the day ahead?" Will asked to try to stop himself.

Charles nodded. "As ready as I can be dealing with the first class snobs," he said.

Ella giggled and took a swig of her coffee. "This isn't very nice."

"Aye. Make do with do it," Will said as he put his cup down.

...
Ella and Will went onto the bridge for their shift. The captain was there too. "Morning Sir," Ella said.

"Morning Miss Hanson," Captain Smith replied. He looked at the two officers. "Over the next two days, I shall be giving a tour of the bridge to first class passengers," he said.

Ella nodded. The captain instructed for Will and Ella to mind the business up on the officer's deck.

The captain walked off to do the first tour. Will and Ella stood on the bridge.
"It's beautiful today," Ella said.

Will smiled. "You are."

Ella laughed. "Don't turn soppy with me. You're too shy to do anything."

"How do you mean?"

"It's not like you would do me up against the wall of the wheelhouse or anything."

Will was shocked. He looked at Ella. "Did you just say that?" He asked.

Ella nodded. "Yes. I did. But it's true. Too sensible you are Mr Murdoch," she said.

...
Ella went to get some coffee. Will stood in shock at what she had said. Lightoller came out. "So, open ocean goes on for miles."

"Aye."

Charles smirked. "A bit like the tension between you and Miss Hanson."

Will chuckled but said nothing. He didn't want to give anything away.

Ella went to get herself another cup of coffee. She grinned as she discovered the water had been heated up for her. Henry came out with come coffee granules. "Are you stealing my water?" Henry joked.

Ella smirked and poured herself a cup as well as Henry. "Calm yourself Mr. Wilde. There's enough water for two cups," Ella told him.

Henry chuckled and put the coffee into the cups. Henry smiled. "How are things going?" He asked.

Ella shrugged. "Can't complain."

"I mean with a certain first officer."

"Again, I cannot complain."

...
Ella walked back out to Will with a cup of coffee. She smiled. "There we go. Courtesy of Mr Henry Wilde."

Will rolled his eyes. He was still jealous of Henry taking his position as Chief Officer.

"Don't be jealous love," Ella told him. Will smiled at her. He loved it when she called him nicknames like that. It reminded him how lucky he was.

Ella sipped at her coffee and looked out at the sea.
"I'll give you until seven tonight," Will said.

Ella frowned. "Huh?"

"For the little bet you made earlier. I'm not a betting man but I guess this is one I'm willing to try for."

"Very good Sir. So if you don't do what the bet says, we won't sleep together tonight. If you do, you'll get me twice," Ella whispered.

Will chuckled and nodded. Ella and Will shook on the bet. "You're going down," she said.

Will smirked and winked.

...
Ella and Will were walking the decks. Ella smirked. "I'm so going to win this."

"Aye. Who said that?" Will asked.

"Me Mr Murdoch. I always win," Ella said as she sorted out her tie. "You're first officer. You have to maintain decorum."

"What decorum?" Will asked as he gently pushed Ella against the wall.

Ella was shocked. She didn't seriously think Will would go through with it.

Ella's lips were soon met by Will's. They kissed passionately and Ella felt Will pull her skirt up. She breathed heavily against his neck as she felt her pants being pulled down.

Will's breath was warm by her ear. The smell of his aftershave made her want him more. She reached down to Will's zipper.

Will smirked as he saw Ella bite her lip. He started to kiss her neck as he pushed in. Ella had to bite her lip again to stop her moaning out loud.

Ella could tell they were both close. They soon had their release together. Will pulled out and sorted himself out. Ella was breathless. "D-Damn," she mumbled.

Will smirked as he pulled up his zipper. "I think I won that bet Miss Hanson."

"L-Like hell," she mumbled.

Will smirked. He kissed her passionately again before they both walked back to the bridge.

Ella smiled at Will as she retied her hair up. Will chuckled.
"That good was it?" Will asked.

Ella nodded and composed herself. "Hell yes."

Will chuckled. He discreetly kissed her cheek.

When Will thought about Ella he thought of marrying her and growing old with her. There was no other way he desired to live his life.
"When the ship docks, I want to ask you something," Will said.

Ella smiled. "Sure. As long as it's not to give birth to a baby on a ship."

Will laughed and shook his head. "No. It's not that. I assure you."

Ella nodded. "Okay. Let's go."

...
Ella was breathless on the bridge. Will smirked and carried on looking around. "We need to find those damn binoculars or else I'll go bloody blind with all this squinting," Ella complained.

"Aye."

Ella laughed. But soon lost the laugh when Charles came to relieve them. "Cheerio. Have nice sleeps. See you at ten," he said.

"Bye Mr Lightoller," Ella replied.

"Goodbye Miss Hanson. You can quit squinting for a few hours," Charles joked.

Ella laughed knowing Charles had overheard her complaining.

They both made their way to the crewman's passage. Will smirked as he walked closely behind her. "So I won the bet. That means I get to sleep with you," Will whispered.

Ella grinned. "I believe it so."

Ella opened her door and went inside. Will slipped in a few seconds later. Ella was sitting in her bed. "Lock the door," she said as she laid down.

Will did what she asked. Ella smiled as Will got undressed and climbed into bed next to her. "I'm so sleepy," Ella mumbled.

"Go to sleep then."

...
When Ella and Will woke, they heard a knocking at the door. "Miss Hanson. It's Captain Smith. Have you seen Mr Murdoch?" He asked.

"N-No Sir. Not since we finished our watch," Ella replied.

"I need him at the bridge. Help us find him please," the captain called.

"Right away."

Ella and Will got dressed. Ella walked outside. She pretended to be banging on Will's door. The captain walked off. Will came out of the bedroom.
"Lets go," he said.

Will and Ella went to the bridge immediately. The captain smiled.
"Thank you Miss Hanson," the captain said. Ella nodded and smiled.

"Very welcome sir," Ella replied.

Will smiled at Ella as they walked around the bridge. "I love being out at sea."

"Aye," Will replied.

Ella sighed. "I owe my father so much for making it possible that I'm here," she said.

Will smiled. He loved hearing Ella talk about her father. He knew how much he meant to her. "I'm sure he's missing you though," Will commented. Ella nodded.

"He will be but I'll be back with him soon," Ella replied.

Will smiled. "You will be. Not long to go."

Ella took Will's hand discreetly.
"When we get back, I want you to meet my father," Ella told him.

Will nodded. "I'd like to meet the man that got me the lass of my dreams."

Ella laughed. She shook her head.
"There's probably better women out there."

"Not to me Darlin'."

Ella had to resist kissing Will. She wanted him badly but knew she couldn't just yet. "You're sweet," Ella said.

Will smiled and they stood at the bridge. Ella stood up on the platform. She felt that it had gotten a lot colder. "I cannot wait to get into my bed," she mumbled.

"Aye."

Charles came out and explained everything. The captain walked through with a group of first class passengers. "It's a little late for that isn't it?" Ella asked.

"Apparently not," Charles said. Ella nodded and smiled at the passengers. She heard them discuss female officers and how they were appalled.

Ella walked off back inside. She made herself a coffee as Will came in.
"Ignore them," Will said as he rubbed her shoulders.

"I am. That's why I came inside, so I wouldn't say anything I regretted in front of the captain," Ella told him.

Will smiled. "I wouldn't worry. Charles is setting them straight out there."

Ella laughed and they walked outside. Will had a cup of coffee and Ella had two. She handed one to Charles.
"Thank you," Charles said.

"I should be thanking you. Will told me."

Charles laughed and shook his head. "You're an amazing officer. We can't let people forget that."

Ella smiled. "Well thank you Mr Lightoller."

Will came back out after speaking with the passengers. He looked annoyed. "They're all snobs."

Ella sniggered. "Now now. Don't call them that."

...
Ella and Will were walking around doing their rounds. Mr Ismay walked over. "How is it going?"

"Quite good sir."

Ismay nodded. "I'd like you to get Captain Smith to speed up the engines."

"That's really not safe," Ella said.

Ismay looked at her. "You're a female for goodness sake. What do you know?"

Murdoch stood forward. "I happen to agree with Miss Hanson."

Ismay walked off but soon caught up with the captain.

Ella grabbed Will's arm.
"What if he speeds it up?" Ella asked.

Will sighed. "We'll just have to make triple sure on our lookouts for icebergs."

Ella nodded. "It's all we can do."

Will took Ella's hand and rubbed it to warm her up. Ella couldn't stop worrying that something bad was going to happen.
