Once he takes care of Chardo Eli drives off and meets Vendetta at the other side of his beach "I want to give you something...."  he says softly as he takes off his cross necklace and clips it around her neck she looks down at it and places the cross inbetween her fingers then asks with a soft surprised tone "Eli!?!.... I don't understand!.... why!?!"  he places his hands in his pockets and looks down at the sand and says "I know that is only been a week.... and we barely see one another but.... I want....! I'd like it if you would be my girl.... I.... don't want to own you or anything!.... I would never treat you like property!.... you're not!"  he becomes nervous she looks at him and says softly "Eli!.... I know what they call.... I live here too you know?!"  he chuckles "and I know that you would never.... oh Eli!.... you silly silly man!" she says then she kisses him and he smiles "we'll take it slow.... I promise!.... we won't do anything that you're not ready for"  he says she takes his hand and says "come with me.... there's something I want to show you"  she pulls him gently to the edge of the ocean where there was a hidden cave "your boots might get just a little wet!"  she teases with a smile as they walk inside they sit on two separate rocks in the opening of the cave and watched the sunset hand in hand her head laying on his shoulder she looks up at him and he looks down at her she reaches up and brings his lips closer to hers they softly fall off their rocks and she lands lightly on top of him and starts laughing he smiles at her "looks like your getting more than just your boots wet!"  she teases with a smile he leans up and kisses her lips she softly moans which makes him kiss her deeper more sensually her hands slide down his shirt as though she was going to stand up but when he moans a soft deep moan and his hands grab her wrists which makes her stop moving "don't leave!"  he whispers softly "and have you get lost!?!.... parish the thought!"  she teasingly coos he chuckles as she continues "besides.... I'd miss you too much!"  he reaches up and brings her head back down and kisses her with a sensual passion his hands wander up and down her arms because he was unsure where else to place them.... he didn't want to scare her away when he had only just got her.... "I brought you here to enjoy the sunset without interruption!"  she says "now I'm enjoying something else.... with a few interruptions"  he replies and she laughs softly "if you want to go.... we can....!"  he says as he starts to sit up and she lightly pushes him back down he smiles and she smiles back "no.... but your right those lips of yours are better than any sunset.... so are those eyes.... I could get lost in those!"  she says softly and kisses him "you are far too soft Eli!.... too gentle!.... kind!.... I'm not used to.... ANY of this!.... I only had Uncle K, V, Cliff, Felix, and Mac my entire life.... with the occasional Ma and Angel.... and now you.... I think!"  she says in a low soft voice Eli reaches up and looks into her eyes and says softly "definitely me!.... always!.... for as long as you want me at your side I will be here.... Je t'aime"  she chuckles and teases "just how many languages do you know!?!"   he smiles she feels him start to shiver "you're cold!"  she says softly with a worried tone he tilts his head then says with a teasingly suggestive smile "you could always warm me up!"  she smiles shaking her head then says "I.... stole.... borrowed!.... I meant to say borrowed!.... some of your clothes and put them in my saddle bag.... if you want to put something dry on...."  he replies "nah!.... all I need is for you to come closer and I will be right as rain!"   she chuckles then says with a soft worried tone "Eli!.... I don't want you getting sick!"  he pulls her closer to him so that her body is now pressed tightly against his and assures her "I'll be fine mi amor.... trust me!"  she whispers into his ear "that's the problem!.... I DO trust you!"  he turns his head to look at her and asks "why is that a problem!?!"  she doesn't answer "oh!.... right!.... you're a "Mars"!"  he says with a harsh bite in his tone as he lets her go but instead of getting up she wraps her arms around him "no!.... because you're still stuck on Lily and I can't compete with a ghost of a memory Eli!.... I just can't!"  she whispers her head laying on his chest listening to his heartbeat which seems to have stopped when hearing those words....
