The Nature's Brightness {Book One}

Chapter 3

Nature shook her head, trying to clear whatever was around her mouth. "STA-" it cut her off again.
Star pricked one ear and whirled around. "Nature? Nature where are you?!"
Nature couldn't call out, whatever had her threw her into a cage. She grunted in pain, slightly opening her eyes to see Star trying to barge in the cage. The figure picked him up and used FlameThrower on his face up close, then threw him into the wall of the ally way hard. Nature blinked as a engine roared and her brother slipped out of sight.

A trainer stood in front of her as it opened the cage. Nature hopped out without hesitation, and looked up at the female trainer. She was slim, and had dark brown eyes and hair. A pokéball hat on. She smiled at Nature. "Hello there! I'm your new trainer! The profferers scientist said I could have you as a partner!" She held out a pokéball. "What do you say?"
She smiled again.
Nature tilted her head. If I didn't no any better id say this is like the 'Hey kids, get in the black shady fan, there's free candy!' Thing all over again.
"There's candy inside!" The trainer said.
Bullzie!
Nature put her paw on the ball and she got sucked into it. Nature looked around, in a dark room made by what seemed steel.
Okaaaaaaay? Yeah, but no candy. Heck! Why wouldn't there be candy?!? The stranger simply said, 'there's candy in the pokéball all you have to do is go insid-' Ooooooooh.
Nature thought with a face palm. Aaaaand now I'm stuck without my brother. Yeeee
Nature yawned and found herself slowly drifting to sleep.

"Eevee, I choose you!" A voice yelled and Nature, who was still sleeping, was thrown out of the pokéball. Nature snores quietly, unaware of the pokemon or trainers around her.
"Eevee? Eevee we got a battle to do!"
"Kate, I think you're eevee isn't exactly suited for being in a team." Another trainer said.
"Of course she is capable, just sleepy! Come on Eevee wake up!" She shook Nature awake with her foot.
Nature's eyes snapped open and she leaped to her paws. "Wha?"
"AAAH! SHE HAS RABIES!!"
Nature blinked. What the actual-
Something shot Nature in the back of the head.
"Don't worry she'll be okay, ma'am"
Purple dots danced around Nature's vision, making her feel crazy. "I SEE TREEEEEES THAT ARE GREEEEEN... RED ROSES TOO-" she face planted into the ground licking the grass.
The other trainers eevee stared at her.
"Um... you alright there? You are acting a little crazy..." she said awkwardly.
"BY THE POWER OF CHEESE!" Nature threw dirt at the Eevee still face planted into the ground. The eevee ducked quickly. "Aye!" She shook her fur. "ANYWAYS, what's your name?"
"Nature, BRUH." Nature answered lifting her head, it covered in dirt and pieces of grass.
"Right..." the eevee laughed slightly. "Vixy."
"Noice to meet ya." Nature said and laid her face back into the ground.
Vixy tilted her head. "Are you sure you're okay? I think something was in that dart..." she looked at the trainers talking a bit away.
"IM PERFECTLY FOINE, MATIE" Nature responded in a pirate voice. "SHIVER ME TIMBERS YOU WORRY TO MUCH, LAD!"
Vixy flicked one ear. "Nature, you're kinda using different accents her-"
"DID I ASK FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL OPINION, MATE?!?" Nature yelled.
Vixy whacked her upside the head with her tail. "SNAP OUT OF IT!"
"NEVEEEEEER!" Nature slapped Vixy.
"WHY?!?!"
"BECAUSE ITS A FREE COUNTRY!" Nature dabbed.
Vixy blinked at her. "...I'll call a therapist..."
"IM PERFECTLY FOINE!" Nature repeated.
"Right..."
"WERENT WE SUPPOSED TO BATTLE?" Nature asked.
Vixy lowered one ear. "STOP YELLING!"
"JOIN THE YELL SIDE!"
"GREAT NOW IM YELLING!"
"HOW DID WE START THIS CONVERSATION?"
"I DONT KNOW!"
Nature crossed eyes. "THANK YOU FOR THE USELESS INFO."
Vixy raised one eye brow and faintly smiled. "No problem.." she pricked her ears as her trainer called for her. "Well I better get going. See you soon..." she ran to her trainer and got inside the pokéball.
Nature crossed eyes again and waved. "YEEEEEEEEEEEE! WAIT- THIS IS MY CHANCE TO MAKE A RUN FOR I-"
"Eevee, return!"
She was sucked inside a pokéball.
"CRAAAAAAAAP!"
