The coldness of the night blew across the face of the Earth. As they stood there under the tree right in front of Hunter’s house, Hunter’s words died on his tongue. They had so much to say, but nothing to say at the same time. As they looked into each other’s soulful eyes, the world around them slowed down, the sound of the passers-by muted, and the sound of their heartbeats covered their ears. As the gentle cool breeze blew against their faces, it nudged Jordan closer towards Hunter. At that moment, both of them blushed. They thought they knew this feeling all too well, but fate told them otherwise. The immense feeling of just looking at someone was enough to shock them in place.
They looked at each other with innocent looking eyes, no one saying a word. They saw their future ahead of them, the road they are going to take. They don’t know where they will go, but they do know where they are now. So lost in the moment, the both of them, they never thought anyone would make the first move.
Hunter took a step forward, and Jordan grabbed his hand. They could feel the softness of their skins touching each other, the sweatiness of their palms. As the couple stood there, holding hands, they start to feel the world change around them, they seemed unfazed by the cold night, because they had something so precious and rare. Something that is able to radiate its own energy, something that puts only 2 specific people in a bubble, 2 people who have showed a spark just like Hunter and Jordan.
