Chapter 11: Alone and Afraid

I ran till I knew that I was out of distance, I then leaned against a tree as I held my head in my lap, as I cried my eyes out, I just lost everything, friends, no a family. I don't even know who I am anymore, my whole life was a lie, everything, my brother's weren't even my brother's, my aunts weren't my aunts, and my mother wasn't even my real mother.
My whole world is coming down on me, and I don't have anyone to help me through it. Not to mention that......Rin and Yukio were my real brothers, which stressed me out even more.
"AHHH!" I scream my lungs out, just to let all of the hatred and pain I was felling towards myself, I hated myself so much, for being that monsters daughter, for having his stupid flame. I then cried my eyes out.

*Flash back, 6 years ago*

"Mamoru." I said as I ran up to my big brother, he was 14 and he was so fun and nice. He then picked me up and swung me around.
"There's my favorite little sister." He said.
"Haha, i'm your only sister silly." I said as I smiled.
"I know, that's why your my favorite." He said as he put me down.
"HEY, I THOUGHT I WAS YOUR FAVORITE!" Somone yelled, I turned my head to see my other brother Takashi, who had light Brown hair and deep blue eyes. He was 11.
"Your not a girl are you, Takashi." Mamoru said.
"Oh he his a girl, that's why he's so jealous." another voice spoke, I turned to see my other brother Hiro, who had Brown hair like Mamoru, but he had light blue eyes, and he was older than me by a year, so he was 10.
"No!" Takashi yelled as he gave Hiro a death glare, all three of them then started to bicker, until we heard a voice.
"COME ON NOW! NO FIGHTING!" My mother yelled as she stepped out of the monastery.
"Yes mom." All three of them said in unison, she then put on a bright smile.
"Good, now Misaki, your aunts need your help in the kitchen." My mom said, she was so beautiful, she had black wavy hair, that went a little past her shoulders, and she had deep blue eyes, and her smile was unlike no other, it was the brightest smile, that when you saw it your day would brighten with happiness. I then smiled at my mother.
"Yes mother." I said as I skipped into the kitchens to be greeted by my aunts, my aunt Asuna had blonde hair and blue eyes, while my aunt Asuka had blonde hair, but brown eyes. Not to mention that they were twins.
"Hello auntie Asuna, Hello auntie Asuka." I said as I gave them a warm smile.
" There's my favorite little niece, now give me a hug." Auntie Asuna said as she bent down, I then ran into her arms and gave her a big hug.
" Hey where's my hug." Auntie Asuka said as she bent down, I giggled as I gave her a big hug as well, we then got to work on dinner.
"So Misaki what did you learn today." Auntie Asuna asked as she stirred the soup.
"IT WAS GREAT! I learned how to read and write my name." I said as I gave her a big toothy smile.
"Well that's good." Auntie Asuka said.
"Misaki, have you been getting bullied lately." Auntie Asuna asked. I looked down at my feet, because truth was, every time I step out of the monastery, I get hurt and pushed around. My auntie Asuka then placed her hand on my shoulder, and smiled at me.
" People are afraid of what they don't understand, and believe it or not, I think that you are the cutest little half demon, in the whole world." She said as my face brightens up with a smile.
"Alright, I'll get everyone around the table." Auntie Asuka said, as she left, once everyone was at the table we served them , but before we ate, I stopped them.
"Wait, where's Mr. John." I said as I looked for my sword trainer, he was so nice, he had brown hair and golden eyes, and he was a really good sword teacher, he taut me sword stances and how to use one correctly, and he always ate dinner with us.
" He had to go on a mission, he'll be back later." My mother said.
"Oh ok, now dig in." I said as we all ate our meal, once everyone was done we all smiled and laughed.
"THANKS FOR THE MEAL!" We all yelled in unison as we talked and laughed all night. It was one of the best nights with my family.

*Flash back over*

I smiled as I remembered the memory of my family, a small smiled appeared on my lips as tears ran down my face. I just wanted my life to go back to the way it was, but after tonight, I know that will never happen.
I then get up and walk towards the edge of the mountain, I then sat down, as I let me feet dangle off the cliff, I then breath in the fresh air, and let the wind blow my hair, my hair looked like falling snow, I then laid down as I put my hands behind my head. I looked into the night sky, as all the stars brightened up the dark black sky, I then reached my hand out to the stars, wishing, that I was up there, wishing that I was as bright as the stars above. My hand was then engulfed in the blue flames, I got up quickly and stepped back, I then took a deep breath.
"Just clam down, clam down and it will go away." I said as I calmed down, I watched as the flames slowly fade away, I then took a deep breath and leaned up against the tree, and sunk down to the floor. I then drifted off to sleep. I'm not going back, probably not for another couple of days.
*next day*

I wake up as I rubbed my tired eyes. I then slowly get up as I wonder around the forest, and for the next day or so I trained with my sword, trying to figure out my purpose in this world, and who I really was, until I finally found the answer. I am a half demon, and proud of it, I am the daughter of Satan. My purpose in this world is to protect my friends, my loved ones, the ones I cared for....and to kill Satan, to rid him from this world once and for all, I will kill Satan, If it's the last thing I do.
I then leave the forest, and head back to True Cross Academy, to face them, and face my fears of being cast aside, I can do this, I just have to have faith in myself, and I know that I do. I'm just now realizing it.
