A New Day

It was a new day, a fresh start might I add. Zendaya was on her way to meet Tom. He had asked if he could have Ell for the weekend, and of course she couldn't say no. She wasn't really excited to let Tom take Ell. She was always with Ell and it was going to be different without her.

"This would be a good opportunity though for me to work on my fashion line" She thought while driving

She looked into the mirror at Ell who was looking around. I mean she was a child after all so what else would she do. Zendaya finally pulled into the driveway. The house had a very modern looked to it. It seemed like something he would get.

After composing herself, Zendaya finally got out of the car. She opened Ell's door and unbuckled her seat belt. She picked up her daughter and grabbed her bag. Then she closed the door.

"So Ell, are you excited to stay with your dad?" Ell nodded "That's good"

As they made their way up the steps Zendaya couldn't help but feel nervous.

"Do you wanna ring the door bell?" She couldn't possibly bring herself to do it "Mmhmm" "Go ahead"

Ell reached for the doorbell and pressed it once "Good Job, Ell. High five!" Zendaya said to her daughter

They high fived and Ell giggled. A few seconds later the door opened. A woman stood there with a puzzled look on her face "Uh who are you?" The lady asked "I'm Zendaya, I'm here to see Tom" The woman just nodded

"Come on in" The lady said, standing back to let Z in. She closed the door "He should be just a minute"

The lady walked off into the hall, leaving Z alone. Zendaya looked at the walls. She saw multiple pictures. Most of them were of Tom and that lady at the door.

"So that must have been Ella...interesting"

Zendaya continued to look at the walls "Hey, Zendaya" Zendaya turned towards the voice "Hello, Thomas" She handed Ell to him

"So this is her bag. She has all of her necessities in there. Remember to feed her and make sure you change her diaper. Also she is allergic to nuts so be careful with what you feed her. And make sure she goes to bed before eight-thirty. Other than that there's nothing else" She finished

Zendaya kissed her daughters head "Bye, sweetheart" Ell reacher out "Bye, mama"

Tom just waved and Z waved back

As she left his house she pulled out her phone. She fixed her hair and put it back in her pocket. Her shoes clicked against the ground. She was going to meet up with Darnell for breakfast.
