Ayriona's POV

*PING*

Who the hell is up this early?

I grab my phone and look at the screen to see an unknown number.

Hey! It's Brennan

-Hi...did you really have to text me at 6:13 in the morning? I need my beauty sleep.

I don't think you need anymore for as beautiful as you are😉

-Just let me sleep! I'll talk to you later

I lock my phone as I feel a blush creep up to my cheeks before I lay back down and try to fall asleep.

I lay there for a half hour, unable to fall back asleep so I roll out of bed and walk over to my vanity and turn on my straightener before I head to my closet to pick out my outfit. I decide on a pair of jeans and grab my black sweatshirt that says DORK in red letters on the front. I trudge back to my vanity and start straightening my hair. Once I finish with my hair I put on some winged eyeliner and mascara before I grab my Joker SnapBack and put it on backwards and walk downstairs.

"Mom!" I yell through the house.

"What?" She yells from the kitchen.

"I'm going to Courtney's house!" I yell back while grabbing my phone charger and phone from my room, where I forgot them.

"Ok! Tell her I say hi!"

"I will!" I say as I walk out the door. I start walking to Courtney's house and pull out my phone to look at my Instagram.

As I'm walking, I bump into someone.

"Sorry." I say while looking up to find beautiful blue eyes staring back at me.

"It's fine." Blue-eyes says as he starts walking down the sidewalk again.

I shake myself out of my daze and continue walking down the street to Courtney's.

Once I get there I walk straight into the house, say hi to Mom number two, then run downstairs and jump on Courtney, who is still in bed.

"Hey bitch! Get out bed!!" I yell at her while laughing hysterically.

"Satan, let me sleep!!" She mumbles.

"Ok...looks like it's time for the water..." I say. Before I can finish the sentence, she shoots out of bed and ends up sitting on me.

"Not today Satan!" She states as she starts poking me where I'm ticklish...which is everywhere.

"STOP!!! I'M GONNA PEE!!!" I screech while laughing.

"Fine...but next time I will show no mercy!" She says as she climbs off of me.

"You said that last time...and the time before that...and the time bef-"

"Ok! I get it!" Courtney says laughing as she walks into her bathroom to put her hair up.

I get up off of the floor and climb under all of her blankets on her bed, making my own personal nest. She walks back in and heads towards her closet and pulls out a pair of pink sweats and a black Hunter Hayes t-shirt and throws them towards the bed but ends up hitting my face instead.

"Your aim is a little off!" I exclaim as I toss the clothes onto her pillow.

"Maybe I was aiming at you." She responds smartly.

"Oh! Guess what?!" I ask excitedly. Courtney turns and studies my face.

"Ok, you've either had some happy liquid, or you're talking to a boy, because you're never this happy even when I'm around."

"Brennan texted me this morning!" I almost shout in my excitement.

"Oh did he now? What did he say?!" She asks, suddenly very interested.

"He called me beautiful. I think I kinda like him..." I trail off as I feel my cheeks heat up.

"Ooh!! SATAN HAS A CRUSH!!!!!!" She exclaims.

"Shut up!!" I hiss while trying not to laugh at her excitement.

"Well if it makes you feel better...something happened last night..." she quietly trails off.

I look up at her confused, then something clicks in the back of my brain.

"Colby kissed you in the woods, didn't he?" I ask while watching her facial expression carefully.

Her cheeks turn bright red, "How did you know that?" She asks with a puzzled look on her face.

"Just has a feeling, I guess." I say as I shrug my shoulders.

"Oh, okay then." She responds, still clearly confused.

I suddenly sit bolt upright "I'm gonna go raid your pantry. I'm starving!" I say before dashing upstairs to the pantry. I hear her laugh as I run out of the room.
