Hiyori looked up to see the source of where the voice came from.
She couldn't believe her eyes. Standing before her was none other than herself.
No she was different. She looked exactly like her but only one difference. She was red. Everything about her was red. Red clothes, red shoes, red hair. There was even a red light glowing around her.
Hiyori was scared. 'Something like this shouldn't be possible right?' She asked herself. Hiyori sucked up all her courage and spoke to the red light.
"Who...are...you?" She said stuttering a bit.
The red version of herself just smiled at her. "I'm you only, I'm the hatred you hold." She spoke with a wicked smile.
"I came to see you suffer. Actually I only granted your wish." She giggled. "This IS what you wished for remember that?"
Hiyori grimaced as she heard her speak. 'My fault' She said in her mind. She wanted to cry again but held them back.
"That's right your fault! Only you're to blame!" She laughed wickedly. Hiyori couldn't take it anymore. She needed to get away. But how? Her body couldn't move.
"Just go away! Let me and Hibiya be!" Hiyori yelled. She wanted to just be with Hibiya...alone.
"Oh really? You want me to go away? But only I can bring back Hibiya." With a smile so wicked and eyes the color of red, she made a proposal to Hiyori.
Hiyori was shocked at first but then was frantic about her proposal. 'She can bring back Hibiya?' She thought. She wondered whether or not to believe her. Or to even trust her.
"Can you really bring back Hibiya?" She said with hope rising in her voice. If she could then Hiyori can tell Hibiya how sorry she was.
"Sure I can but it all depends if you can save him or not." Suddenly the world started spinning for Hiyori.
"You will have multiple chances to save him but succeeding will be difficult." Hiyori was confused. 'Multiple chances? Saving him? What does this mean?' She thought.
Then the red light vanished. Hiyori's head started to feel worse by the second. She completely closed her eyes. Wondering what was happening.
"Open your eyes." Said a voice. Hiyori opened her eyes slowly to see that she wasn't on the road anymore. Instead in a black void covered with clocks. She locked at the red light and saw her standing near a clock covered with blood.
Then suddenly the red version of herself punched it, leaving a hole straight through the middle. Hiyori then saw the vision of Hibiya getting hit by the truck. She shook in fear.
"One down a million more to go. Good luck!" Said the red light. Hiyori's vision began to faze and she started to fall down the dark abyss.
Before losing consciousness Hiyori heard a voice. Then she saw Hibiya's smile before he fell.
"Hiyori I Love You!"
Hiyori gasped as she fell off her bed and onto the floor. She heard the sound of her alarm and quickly shut it off.
Hiyori then stood up and looked at the time on her phone.
August 15, at 12:30 pm. She dropped her phone thinking back at what had happened. Was it just a nightmare?
"But it felt so real..." She wispered. The memory of Hibiya laying in a pool of blood laid vivid in her mind. She was worried.
"Hibiya!!" She yelled. She quickly changed and made her way to the park. If it really was a dream then Hibiya would still be alive. 'He has to be' She thought.
As soon as she made her way out the door. A black cat was standing on her porch. She stared at it remembering the one in her dream.
She cautiously walked around it and continued her way to Hibiya. The black cat couldn't meant anything right? Cats always walk around the city so she shouldn't worry.
Although this whole predicament started with the cat. 'It's just a stupid cat' She thought. Running past every obstacle she made her way to the park.
Stopping at the entrance of the park she quickly spotted a certain brown haired boy swinging slowly on the swing set. It was him. No doubt.
Hiyori slowly made her way to him.
Hibiya noticed footsteps moving towards him. Looking up he saw Hiyori with a questionable look. 'What's wrong with her?' he thought worried.
