---Written in Mary Tudor's point of view---
I place down the Bible onto my bed, my hand slightly stroking the red fleece cover. I pace around the room, thinking. "I know I am the kings eldest daughter, but I so who believe he will give everything that belongs to me to Catherine." Then a sad face strikes me, Catherine, my dear forgotten mother.
Suddenly my head starts to hurt, as it had for the past couple of weeks. I have been thinking too much about my new sister and the throne. This is the comical thing, I never have really wanted the throne, but somehow the idea seizing all this power is inevitable.
I must see how Catherine does with nobles, if she throws her heart away. I will only allow her to take the Thorne if I see that she is a strong woman, on the right path to hold a great queendom.
---Written in Elizabeth Tudor's point of view---
I walk along the gardens, my most favorite place in the castle. The subject of matter on my mind is Catherine, my dear sister. It is a different feeling knowing that I have a sister with the exact same blood as mine, even though Mary is dear to me. I might seem childish to be eager to attend balls and watch Kate be thrown into the world of courtship, but i am far from that.
I remember how the king favored me over Mary, no matter how sweet she was and loved little children, he wanted to give me the throne and nothing to Mary. I wonder if this is how It will end up with me, if Kate is given everything in this kingdom, including the throne. To be honest, I do not worry. In this short period of time I which I have known Kate, I do not doubt her capabilities of being a great woman and ruler. I look up to her, her radiant beauty and clever mind. I am glad to have her as a sister.
---Written in the point of view of King Henry the eighth---
I walk survey the portraits in front of me, about half a dozen of noble women from various countries have been painted across stretched canvases. This game of finding a wife is tiring me, why must I find myself a queen to take care of me if I have three capable daughter? Yes, my daughters. This is indeed a tricky subject, I am getting old and sick with age. The kingdom must have a ruler after me, and which of my daughters must it be? Mary is my first born, my precious miracle. Elizabeth, the daughter of my beloved witch. Catherine, gentle creature who has been kept from me by my late wife. There is also Edward, my young son. It is ideal to have a male heir, but as I know him now, he is a bit of a foolish young child, and too young to rule.
I have come to this one decision, I do not need another wife. Therefore I must chose between my three daughters.
