Beach Time!- Naruto x Reader Modern AU

(Y/N) P.O.V

"Come on (Y/N) hurry up!" Naruto hollered at me as he ran up ahead, heading towards the beach.

I sighed annoyed and frustrated before screaming back, "Well Naruto I would hurry up if..... you would get your ass over here and carry all the stuff you brought!!!"

Once I said that Naruto was with me carrying most of the load. With that settled together, we made our way to the beach.

After I finished setting up the umbrella and chairs with Naruto goofing off who knows where I rummaged through the beach bag pulling out a bottle of sunscreen. Trying my best to apply the sunscreen to my skin, I managed. As soon as I finished I felt someone creeping up behind me but, before I could react I was scooped up in said person arms. It wasn't hard for me to figure out it was Naruto, so without hesitation, I started slapping him.

"Let me down Naruto! People are looking and I am still in my clothes!" I yelled still attempting to get out of his grasp.

Naruto chuckled as he walked to the shore, "I really don't care if they stare (Y/N). And for your clothes.... you can just wear my sweater back."

Before I knew it I was dropped then, submerged under water. Once I was able to re-surface I came face to face with a smiling Naruto.

"Naruto...." I growled causing him to gulp, "GET YOUR TINY ASS OVER HERE SO I CAN WHOOP IT!!!"

"Sorry (Y/N)!" Naruto shouted as he started to run away from me in the water, "I don't feel like dying today!"

So for the rest of the day, I and Naruto spent chasing one another. Eventually, though I caught him and let's just say he was covered in sand when we were done.

Hello peasants! Sorry if this is short I tried okay.... Anyway instead of a one-shot next Sunday I will be doing a Q&A for two reasons.
