You don't forget the suffering. What people did to you or what they failed at doing. You don't. But when you find compassion and connect with your heart. Your able to forgive and see all of that was a blessing in diguse all along. For it made you strong, it made you, you. And most of all it keeps you driven to remain true to yourself. So that you never have to return to that hell again.

A Phoenix.
We all know what a Phoenix is.
Their really unique creatures.
And you know why?
They burn up and turn to ashes.
But that's before they rise up.
A Phoenix burns up, it goes through the fire and flames, but then it rises up.

Countries had been blaming and threatening America for the Great Depression.
He had gone into depression.
But you know what?
He had his family there to support him and they had helped him move forward, break though, and rise up.
Yeah.
Rise up.
With their love and support, he had gone through the fire and flames.
Because he was strong.
Not just strong.
Truly Strong.
Not even just that.
He was also a Phoenix.
Because he, just like a Phoenix, had gone through the fire and flames.
And then rose up from the ashes.
Just how a Phoenix would do.
Just like a Phoenix.

In order to rise from the ashes, a Phoenix must burn.
