Alfred was waiting by the door for his siblings and cousins to come back. He thought that a few nations would come with them so they could talk about the depression.
He was kinda excited and even had a little hopeful smile on his face.
His younger siblings all looked at each other sadly. They all knew that the other nations wouldn't be coming.
"Al," New York said, "Maybe you should sit on the couch and wait," They all noticed how tired he looked.
Alfred just gave him a soft smile, "No thanks Yorkie."
"Those assholes for nations won't be coming," Idaho whispered in Montana's ear.
She nodded.
"Hey Al," Mexico City said, "Maybe you could sit down and eat an apple."
Alfred had refused to eat all day.
He gave a smile, "I'm fine."
"Please?" Toronto asked.
"Just a few slices?" Georgia asked.
Alfred slightly frowned.
Why did they want to get him fatter?
"Really guys, I'm fine," He insisted.
Once you start eating, you'll probably never stop.
"Are you sure?" Louisiana asked.
Go ahead fatass, gain 15 more pounds.
He quickly nodded.
"But Alfie please?" Chiapas asked. (Mexican State)
Every time you move, the Earth shakes. Go ahead and eat it, make the Earth fall out of orbit.
"Four bites won't hurt," D.C. said.
They know your fat, their trying to make you fatter and gain more weight.
America shook his head.
They wouldn't........... would they?
Hell yeah they would, they don't give a damn about you. Go ahead, eat the apple and next thing you know, they'll be having you eat 24 sandwiches.
No it couldn't be true.
Family can betray you too, you know.
"Al?" British Colombia asked snapping Alfred out of his daze.
America's eyes started to water but he quickly wiped them away, "Really guys, I'm fine and not hungry."
"Just one bite?" Yukon asked. (Canadian Province)
Alfred had to wipe his eyes again before tears fell.
He really didn't want to believe this.
But it was true.
His family really wanted him to get fatter.
He couldn't trust them anymore.
He took a step back from his younger siblings.
"You okay Al?" Texas asked.
They don't care about you.
"Yeah," He lied to his brother.
