_Devon's P.O.V_

I heard someone calling Skyler and I looked up to see who was calling her.

"Miss Youngblood?"

I saw a old man who looked to be in his late 60's calling her, She turned around to face me, " I have to go their looking for me, probably I'll see you around"

I smiled,"yeah probably"

I watched Skyler walk away, she was so petite and fragile looking.

I smiled watching her talk to the old man, and at that moment I wished I could be around her longer she seemed sweet.

Although I know I can't let that happen 'cause first off Ethan hates humans and its dangerous for them to be apart of our world.

Then I remembered something Skyler didn't smell human...she smelled different.

Which was strange 'cause she looked a lot like one.

"Mr.Richardson?"

I turned around and came face to face with Sean's butler.

"Oh hey George"

"Hello Mr. Devon, your car is out front sir"

"Thank you George, which one did you bring me this time?"

"The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, Sir"

George put the keys in my hands looking worried.

"Are you ready George?"

"Yes sir"

I smirked at him, "are you sure?"

"No, Sir I'm never to sure when ever I'm in the car with you"

I laughed, "You shouldn't worry to much George"

We got in the car and I put the key in the ignition bring the car to life.

The engine roared when I slightly pushed the gas pedal, squeezing tighter to the wheel to feel the leather against my hands. I shifted the gears to go, then we took off.

We were driving down the interstate, tress all in a blur, and only sound is the engine roaring.

I pushed harder on the gas pedal making the car go 90 now, this was nothing to me at home in Washington Ethan and I drove so much faster than this. I turned on the curves with ease the car in my full command.

When we arrive at the mansion I get my bag out and checked my phone and see I had a text from Ethan. Ethan was the Alpha of my pack and I was his beta, he was a lot like a brother to me and is my best friend. We've always had each others back when ever one of us needed it.

"Hey bro, when you get there...there's going to be some papers from the council that I need to sign or some bullshit like that, so can you bring them and save me the trip? Thanks"

I smirk at his message and text him.

"yeah sure I'll get them from Sean, talk to you later bro"

I walk inside the mansion and go up the stairs to Sean's office, most likely he would be there with the rest of those old rude bastards. I knock on his door to see if I could enter.

"You may Enter" he said in a raspy voice.

I push the door open and see Sean at his desk with papers all over it.

"Hello Sir Sean" I said bowing down a tad.

"Well hello Devon, I'm sorry my office is such a mess I didn't expect you to be here in another hour or so"
