A note: Unhealthy body mass index and obesity are real problems, so you should always try to be healthy, but being overweight does not make you ugly. Beauty comes from within, girls, and that is something I truly believe. You are all beautiful:)

Harry:
As the doctor announced his opinion, Harry grasped your hand and smiled at you. He drove the two of you home, stopping by McDonalds for dinner, but you only ordered a salad and barely even touched it. Before the two of you fell asleep, Harry confronted you.
“You know it doesn’t matter,” he stated.
“I’ll love you no matter what, but if you really want to change, I’ll help you. I just want you to know you’re beau-” you cut him off with a glare.
“Harry, shut up. Just stop, okay? You’re perfect, you always have been, so stop. I’m fine. I’m gonna cut back on the sweets and start running again, and that’s the end of it.” A little hurt, Harry muttered a feeble ‘okay’ and wrapped his arm around your waist as the two of you drifted off to sleep.
Niall:
The two of you left the office, Niall not having said a word, but his brow was furrowed in thought. He stopped you outside and turned you to face him, his hands resting comfortingly on your shoulders.
“Y/N, I know you said to her that you would watch your diet and exercise more and all this stuff, but I want you to know that I love you no matter what. You’re my princess, you’ll always be beautiful.” You smiled as you leaned into him.
“Thanks, Niall,” you whispered.
Louis:
Louis stood up in a flurry.
“Excuse me, but who the hell are you to tell my girlfriend that something is wrong with her? Okay - sure, you’re a doctor, but have you ever thought that there are worse problems you can cause by telling a girl she’s overweight? Figure your life out, man. We’re leaving.” He grabbed you by the hand and dragged you out of the office.
“There’s nothing wrong with you,” he murmured, stopping to press a kiss against your lips.
“If you’re going to change something, change it because you want to, not because someone else told you to.”
Liam:
Liam didn’t say anything as your doctor said the words, but he squeezed your hand in support, eying you to make sure you weren’t breaking down. As you left the office, Liam pulled you in for a hug.
“You’re beautiful,” he whispered into your hair. You pulled away, wiping at your eyes, and looked up at him determined.
“Thanks, baby. But if my weight is actually making me unhealthy, I want to fix it,” you say, frowning a little. He kissed you forehead.
“I’ll help you however I can, love.”
Zayn:
As soon as the words left the doctor’s mouth, Zayn’s grip on your hand tightened and his glare focused on the man in the coat. He didn’t say a word as you thanked the doctor and left his office, but as soon as the two of you were clear of the hospital, he turned to you.
“Forget him,” he began, his voice rough.
“He has no idea what he’s talking about.” You sighed.
“Zayn, if it’s actually unheal-”
“No,” Zayn cut you off.
“He’s wrong. You don’t need to change anything, you’re perfect.”
