I woke up the next morning in Ivan's bed and said "babe where am I?" "in my bed" he laughed. "Imma go take a shower be right back" I said getting out of his bed. "Can I come too" he asked me. "No! Ay chico desagradable!!" (Ay nasty boy) I laughed and took a shower then blowdried my hair as ivan randomly yells "babe let me do your hair" "uh okay do you know what this is?" I asked him. "Is it a staiter?" he asked confused. "Close but its a straightener, but since I love you I'll let you" I said handing him the straightener 30 minutes later my hair was done and it looked great. "Oh my gosh!! Tomorrow your curling my hair okay." I said excitedly. "Can I do your makeup too baby?" he asked. "Sure babe. Knock yourself out" i laughed. 30 seconds of looking at my makeup, he said "all done! You look beautiful" "but you put nothing on my face" I laughed. "Your naturally beautiful, so I don't know why you wear that crap everyday,one day imma lock it in a safe" he said playfully. "Its cause I like makeup and im ugly" I said. "MACKENZIE RENAE GRANT!" he yelled "I never wanna hear the words im ugly come out of your mouth ever again. Im serious" he said. "I mean how many times do i have to tell you that your beautiful so you can believe me" a crying angry ivan said. "Baby please don't cry im sorry" I said putting my hand on his shoulder. "PIZZA IS HERE!!" Jake yelled into the megaphone. We were leaving my room until I got a facetime from my brother.
"Hey big brother" I said, "hey kenzie" my brother said sounding sad. "What's wrong Oliver ?" I asked. "You need to come back home like now" he said. "Why?! What's wrong?" I said loudly. "Grandpa....is sniffle in the hos- sniffle -pital." Oliver cried.
"Oh my god" I started to cry "what happened to him!" I asked. "Hold on O" I said putting my brother on pause as I texted ivan to come upstairs now.
Ivan's pov
I was happily eating my pizza and waiting for Mackenzie as she texted me telling me to come upstairs with a crying emojis.I dropped my pizza and ran upstairs. I know something bad happened.
Mackenzies pov
I heard ivan running upstairs as I resumed my call with my brother. He said "he fell down some stairs and they don't know how long he has to live" "oh my god" I cried even harder. Ivan busted through the door and ran to me showering me with hugs he asked "what happened mi amor? "My grandpa is in the hospital we need to leave now"
