The Magic circle...

I open my eyes and feel the hot sun beat down on my face, I sweat and stand up. I look around and see everything, who am I? What am I doing here? Why am I living? I walk around and run into a group of 6 people, they gasp and they jog up to me. A young girl tugs my shoulder and looks deeply into my soul with her hazel-colored eyes. She asks me quietly, "Are you really ok, Lisanna?" I pant in shock and fall backwards into a boy's arms and look up to the man holding me, I know him...from somewhere. I get up, that's right, I know who these are all! I know where I am, what I have to do, and where I need to go. I am Lisanna Selverine, a 15 year old Demon by blood.

"Man you sure took your sweet time to pass out in front of everybody and leave us with all the hard work", Emily states as I turn my gaze over to her and I see everyone back to pretty good shape. I shake my head and question out loud, "Just what exactly happened, all I remember is that I saw the 8 leaders, and.....you all being abused and mistreated, and cuffed up! My mind went black, and I don't remember what happened." Ricardo walks up to me and makes a smart face which gets me a little ticked and he announces, "Well, I guess we are going to have to report what happened in full detail, right?" I wave my hands around as a NO THANK YOU SIGN, but it doesn't seem to be getting the message. He puts his arms on my shoulders and pushes me onto the ground to force me to sit, he also takes a seat and begins his lame story.

"Well you see, you had warned us that the 8 unusual auras in front of us were the leaders. We were getting arrested, all of us, but when you saw Janelle get hit you turned crazy. I mean, I guess you could say you gave into the Insanity raging inside of you." I clutched my heart from Ricardo's words, he's right I have to give it all I got to control my Demon's blood inside of me. I looked up to him and nodded my head to allow him to continue, "After words you lost total control of your body and started killing the soldiers and almost one of the leaders, I believe it was the Nymph leader, Calene Hildandi. She ran off with the other leaders and set the entire Airis territory on fire. Nicolette had managed to remove the cuffed brackets with her magic, and Janelle used her ultra-sonic voice to teleport us somewhere not that far from the Airis building, but safe enough."

"You had passed out and right as we escaped, Aiden picked you up and we had barley escaped and made it safely here until you had woken up just now." Ricardo finishes his last words and I opened up my eyes with total seriousness, I remember it. I remember going into that cold, dark and scary room and shaking hands with that women hiding in the shadows all the time. Who is she, and what exactly does she want from me? I look over to my friends, attention all still on me, I ask myself one last time: or what does she want with the people I care about? Aiden scoots over to where I am sitting and adds on, "Listen, you should know that I put a ritual on you to find out what caused your madness, and you fire ability. Your not telling us everything are you?" I gulp and try to fight back my words to cover up what he just said that snapped everyone back onto me. Kyle smacks my head and he exclaims loud and clear, "Spit it out, Lisanna."

I agree and begin nice and slow so they won't get lost, "Ok, you got me...I haven't been completely honest with all of you." I stare at Kyle and quickly state, "But first let me say....OWW! Screw you Kyle, you didn't have to hit me, IDIOT!" He laughs and I cough to get me focused I continue on.

"You guys remember the Captured Phoenix game we played back in Camp Demon Hunt, right?" They all nod and I turn my gaze over to Emily and add on, "Well when we got seperated to our teams, I had Emily on my team and once the game had started Emily and I partnered up and agreed to search int one of the caves. Once we arrived their we heard a noise and decided to see for ourselves what it was, so my little group took a while but finally figured what it really was. It was the Phoenix inside a cage, with the missile locked up inside alongside with it. I volunteered to go and retrieve it, but as I was leaving I was caught off by a wall of fire preventing me to leave. Emily and the others left to catch up with our team and I was left alone with the Fire Bird. I got the nerve to pet the Phoenix and I heard a voice in my head, it was Phoenix talking to me himself. The problem was that Phoenix had reached the end of his life and was to be reborn in 100 years, so he offered me his soul and is sleeping with my soul in hear." I clutch my heart and continue, "So afterwards I escaped the cave with the missile in hand and my team had bearly arrived and we had won the game.

However when we were heading back, I was questioning myself and I had decided to keep it a secret from you all my flames...Oh but that was before I found out what I really was." I set my eyes onto the quiet audience and wait for their response and reaction. The first thing I get-Kyle tearing up with water and clutching his stomache and laughing out so hard. I get up and grab his collar, he stops and says, "Ohhh that is just so sad! I mean a Demon making a contract with a Demon? Wow!" I sock him in the gut and we glare and growl at each other like dogs and are seperated by Ricardo and Nicolette. Nicolete scolds us like bad animals and we whimper out our apoligizes, I gasp and remember about Emily. I give a cold and evil laugh to myself and sneak up to Emily, frightened she turns on her snake skin and hisses at me. I remind Emily, "E-mil-y! Remember what I said back in the Airis building? Once I could walk I was going to beat you!" I tackle her and we punch each other and she announces, "Jeez! It's not my fault that you and Aiden decided to be all over each other!" I get red and look over to Aiden to see him and Janelle really...pink! I roll over and climb on top of Emily to get one good strike in the face. We are seperated and she attempts to attacj me from 6 feet away with her venom flying everywhere. I fall to my knees to get some air and glance over to Aiden still pink but instead he gives me a toothy-childish smile and I laugh along and I see him offer his hand to help me up.

Once I am up, I demand from everyone, "Ok, so how do we all plan to return to Shambala?" Everyone stays quiet and Nicolette responds, "I have an idea-but it's a little complicated. See, there is this spell called the "World Door" which can open an entrance or exit to any place in Gehenna. The Wizard casting it must chant and call it forth, but a circle must be formed around the Wizard. Once that happens all people among the circle must send their energy and power to the one casting to boost their power to open the gate, and get everyone to the correct location." I put some thought into Nicolette's words, I suffocate by my own thoughts. If I connect my energy with everyone else's, then if I mess up, I might burn everyone! I look back at everyone shaking my head and I utter,"No! This isn't going to work, I can't even control myself in front of the enemy. I won't be able to help myself from losing it and I might even burn you guys down! I can't-" I am interrupted by a slap to calm my nerves and stare at the person responsibe-Ricardo. I squeeze my left cheek from the slap I just got, he looks down at me angrily and he states, "Listen you idiot, don't you dare think or speak like that, at least not when I am around, I hate it when people think they're useless and weak." My air escapes and my eyes open wide at the familiar sound of those words, he remembered....I gaze up and he smiles at me with confidence and adds, "Lisanna, that's what you told me, right?" I nod in agreement and I feel a warm hand reach my shoulder and Kyle helps me up. I clutch my fists and declare, "Ok, let's do it!" We walk out into the desert and form a circle around our caster-Nicolette.

She wields her weapon gracefully and slams it into the ground with both of her hands and holds it down between both her palms and begins her chating. "O great World Door travel from the past, present anf future to what is now! Heed my call and find my requested entrance to another part in this world!" The purple and green auras surround us and bound our energies together, I get different sensations. I feel a soft aura, a cold aura, a dense aura, everyone's auras are different. I tremble when it is my turn to offer my energy to everyone, I speak with my partner Phoenix, Ok-let's do our best and not burn anyone! I conecentrate on offering everything to Nicolette and the others and I reach the point where everything turns black. The grips of everyone's hands tighten and I even get burned alongside everyone, Nicolette hesistates and she gets up despite her entire corpse steaming with a dark-red aura, my aura. Nicolette yells out, "Don't let go! No matter how hot is gets do not let go because we are almost there, lets go on! Give it all you got!" I nod and I leave that black room, I head where the orange-red light is and see 2 elegant wings spread out before me-thanks Phoenix. I loosen my grip and feel a soothing warm feeling and everyones commotion seems to die down ad Nicolette gives it her all in the last words. "Location, Shambala! Sana o sana-WORLD DOOR!" We hear the staff slam onto the ground and the world quiets down for a second, next minute a wind blows our way and a white light appears in front of us. The gates open and is left for us to use. Nicolette gets up wearliy, her hair bun all messy and her hands still trembling-her brown eyes focused on us. She announce, "Well, it's open, let's head back before sunset-by the way well done." I shake a little before walking inside the gate in front of me. I take one last look behind me and try not to stay back, I take a step back but someone beats me to it by grabbing my hand. Aiden gives me a *no* look and smiles at me saying, "Come on, we're all going back to camp." By force he drags me into the portal not letting go of my hand, I get flustered and a little scared, what's gonna happen?
