"Miss Trisha!"

"yessss" I suddenly snap out of my fantasy dream of how I owned the biggest restaurant franchise of all time *sigh* if wishes were horses.

I look at the lady who had just been calling my name. She was the lady who told me to sit down with the rest of these losers that came for the job interview.

Being a personal assistant has never been my dream job. I have bigger and better dreams, but life threw me a bunch of lemons and now I'm here making life's lemon pie. I'm suddenly interrupted from my thoughts again by the lady who called my name earlier.

"Miss Trisha, the CEO would not available to interview today. He had a very urgent appointment so he is going to cancel the last set of interviews. If I were you I would come in early tomorrow ".

"What the hell!. I waited for over 3 hours and he is just going to ditch us!.what a jerk". I thought to myself.
"hmmm Miss Trisha, I rather you do not say that when the CEO is around"

Wow, I can't believe I said That out loud.

"Thank you so much. I will make sure I'm here as early as possible" I said as I make my way to the elevator. just when I am about entering the elevator, I am stopped by that same woman. sheshhh what does she want this time?

I smile at her as she approached me. "Hi. Sorry for bothering you again"

you got that right

"You are not allowed to go through that elevator. That's the CEO's personal elevator."

I pause to look at her for a second "are you for real?"

"Yes Miss. This is for General use" she said as she gestured over to the other elevator on the right. I nodded to her and pressed the button to go to the ground floor.

On my way down, so many thoughts went through my head. "Am I going to get this job?", "what if I'm too tacky?","Who is this CEO by this way?". *ding*. I am snapped out of my thought by the sound of the elevator signaling me that I have reached my Stop. I bid the receptionist goodbye as I walk out of the building and hail a taxi to take me to my apartment.

I get to my apartment and get out my keys to open the door. "Wow, what a long day," I think to my self as I open up the door. I switch on the lights which shows me how messy my apartment is. "I really need to clean this place up," I said.

"Yeah you really need to" I heard a voice say causing me to scream out in fear.

"Geez trishy, you have really got to relax" I then recognize the voice. It was my best friend Elisa.

Elisa and I have been best friends since junior year of high school and we went to the same college, so we go way back. Her parents are freaking rich. Some times I wonder why she is friends with me. She works in her father's company. She also got me my apartment which I am thankful for each and every day. She is a very big pain in the ass, but she is "my" pain in the ass. I love her regardless of how annoying she is.

"Really Elisa, how many times have I told you not to sneak up on me like that?" I said placing my bag on the counter as a slump down on the couch.

"hmmmmm about a million times but Hey, you should know that I hate listening," she says as I remove my shoes.

"whatever, why do I even try?" I said as I make my way into my bedroom and change into my pj's.

" Yeah Yeah. So how was your interview? You know even if you didn't get it there are plenty of jobs out there. Don't feel so sad if they didn't give you the job. Okay?"

"wow, thanks so much, Elisa. Instead of assuming that I failed why don't you ask me if I got it or not? " I said as I rolled my eyes.

"Oh. Did you get it?"

" Just shut up. I was late so the "CEO" had to cancel and reschedule the interview for tomorrow." I said as I got under the covers of my bed.

"well trishy, I believe in you. You are so going to kick ass " she said which made me grin.

" well I better sleep early so I could be early to the company tomorrow," I said yawning loudly in between my sentences.

"okay sleeping beauty. Well, I'm going to crash on your couch this night. So make sure you don't snore or make pig noises"

"GET OUT!" I said causing Elisa to laugh

"good night trishy "

" good night Lisa," I said as I drifted off to sleep with my Thought filled with just one word "CEO"
