Vampire Turtles

In case the title wasn't already explanatory enough, this contains spoilers from the Monster Arc. Just be warned.

While Mikey was in his own room doing 'research' with Ice Cream Kitty on how to turn Raphael back to normal, Serena was stuck with the job of watching over the vampire turtle. To make sure that he stayed restrained.
She had set him on the bed in his own bedroom while Serena sat crossed-legged on the floor facing away from him, playing a bit with Chompy. Trying to distract herself from the current situation she found herself in.

Raphael was still trying to struggle out of his chains, but unfortunately, the garlic around his neck did keep him docile. Preventing him from using his full strength.
That is, until, he got an idea.

"Hey, Serena." He called to her. "Now that we're back in the lair, I'm feeling much better."

Serena knew he was lying, but turned to look at him over her shoulder just in case she saw any change. As soon as they saw eye-to-eye, Raphael seized the opportunity to put her under his control.
His eyes glowed bright and Serena couldn't find it in herself to pull away from his burning gaze. Her eyes grew smaller and she found herself wanting to obey whatever he asked her to do.

"Serena~" His dark voice lured her towards him like a siren song. Serena stood up from her place on the ground and sauntered over to the bed. "Take this garlic off me. I'm better now~"
Chompy, aware of what was going on, tried to keep the female turtle back by grabbing onto a loose cloth from her foot wrappings with his little jaws. But his efforts were useless.

"Serena~" Raphael continue to beckon Serena as she walked ever so slowly. "C'mon darling~ Take this garlic off me, I'm better now."

"Yes. That makes sense.." Serena responded in a zombie-like tone. Raph grinned as his plan unfolded perfectly.

Serena sat down at the edge of the bed and slipped the chain of garlic up and over his head, then dropped it on the ground. Now that Raphael could bend his full power to his will, he quickly leapt forward and chopped down on Serena's neck.
Serena screamed, breaking out of the control, but too late. She backed away and fell on her knees to the floor, gripping her neck from where it was just assaulted. As if holding onto it would stop the transformation.

Raphael broke out of his chains and stood over his victim. He watched her suffer through the transformation, and enjoying every second of it.
Serena's body shook, her blood felt like it was burning, she could feel her mind changing. She struggled to fight it, working to overcome this. But she knew it wouldn't help any. She had fallen for Raphael's trick.

After a short while, Raphael noticed Serena stopped struggling. The transformation was complete. "So, sweetheart. How does it feel?"

"I..." Serena spoke in a gruff tone. "I've never felt more.. Alive."
