(Remember; this part is set after the whole arc in space, so Serena and Raph aren't technically 'together' anymore since Raph met Mona Lisa.)

Raphael and Serena were paired up to go on the annual patrol, much to Serena's dismay as she wanted nothing more to do with the red clad turtle as of late. But it was orders from Leonardo, and she didn't have much of a reason to not obey him. So the two turtles were currently searching their assigned part of the city for any criminal activity. So far, there had been no such trouble on their side of town. So Raphael had suggested they just head back to the lair, not exactly enjoying Serena's cold shoulder either.

"I don't know, maybe we should stay out 10 more minutes."

"Serena, c'mon. If something were to happen, it would've already."

One last glance over her surroundings, Serena let go a sigh of defeat and stood up. "Alright, fine. Let's head back."

Just before the two turtles could head off, they stumbled upon the vigilante group known as the Mighty Mutanimals. The last Raphael saw them was when Don Visioso's gang captured Donnie and Mondo Gecko. Nevertheless, he was happy to see his best mutant friend, Slash, again.
Serena on the other hand had only met the Mighty Mutanimals as a group once. She knew of Rockwell and Leatherhead, and she was aware of Spike's mutation. Aside from the fact she had never met Mondo, this was the second time Serena formally met the whole gang. The first being the time they saved New York from the Kraang invasion.
It took a little while before anyone really noticed Serena hadn't joined in the reunion, and it was Slash whom had addressed it. Although, Serena didn't have much to say other than a small 'hi' anyway.

"You're Serengela, right?" He guessed, gesturing to the female turtle.

Serena nodded to him in response. "Hello.. Slash."

A hushed silence fell over the group of mutants, and only took so long until Serena decided to say goodbye and leave.

"Somethin' wrong with her?" The turquoise turtle asked.

The red clad turtle sighed at his question, mostly because he didn't even know how to answer it. "I don't know, Slash.. Serena's just been a bit.. Distant lately."
