We are going to judge a little differently than other Awards pages. We are going to put certain categories together for judging, so all those categories will be going against each other. The judging will not be biased on what genre they like better, it will be judged strictly on the points form the judges have to follow (which will be posted later on).
For example; General Fiction, Science Fiction, and Fanfiction will all be judged against each other. Think of it like dance competitions. In dance competitions they judge all categories against each other, for example; lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, and jazz are all judged against each other.
We want to help you grow as a writer, so we will post messages about the overall review for each book, so that the authors know what they need to work on to make their writing stronger. Two judges will be judging the same books, so the author can get two different opinions and perspectives from different people.
