When a phone rings there are three things that we can do, either answer it or decline it or just let it keep ringing while we keep staring at our phone.
Its the same we do with people. Its okay to let them in, its okay to let them go but its not okay to keep them confused. Either answer the call or decline it. Please don't keep it ringing because the person on the other side is trying, is trying hard to let you in and you are just ignoring them, confusing them, breaking them.
Let them know what you want. Don't keep them hanging.
