I'm so sorry, but this book is basically in a hiatus for a week or two. My panics attacks are getting so bad I almost blacked out today dirubg school. And my hyperventilating was so bad I was suffocating. So until I can see a psychiatrist I am going to try and relax and keep my head straight and on my neck.
